Soap massage – the central part of a similar Spa ritual in hammam and the most important of cosmetic procedures for Turkish women. Such massage is made in hammam as its quite soft conditions and high humidity allow to carry out the similar procedure and to do it pleasant on feelings. Soap massage rejuvenates a body, cleans, does not give to skin due to high humidity in a bath to dry up.


After soap massage often do the procedure of a peeling in hammam. But it happens, Turkish women carry out it in house conditions. Like to take own house recipes of beauty for this procedure. For example, make ground natural coffee boiled water, allow it to infuse, add vegetable oil to a coffee thick. Then purify with the turned-out srub body skin.

Spices and spices for appearance skin

So, fermented milk products play a huge role in beauty of Turkish women. They not only are used inside, but also do various masks, shampoos, creams on their basis. For example, owners of fat type of hair in Turkey often instead of shampoo wash hair … with sour milk.

If the woman has dry hair, then olive oil and broth of an officinal grass, for example, of a camomile is added to sour milk. The mask is applied on a long time on all surface of hair, then just washed away warm water.

But if to take into account that beauty is born from within, then it is possible to claim that dried fruits in this hot resort country allow local ladies to be so fine. In each Turkish house in the center of a table surely there is a bowl, a flat big plate on which different types of dried fruits which local beauties have a bite as candies lie. And in it the big sense is. The matter is that various dried fruits contain wells of vitamins, minerals, amino acids. However, our ladies need to remember that dried fruits – a high-calorie product and eating it handfuls as Turkish women, it is possible to earn excess weight quickly. But judging from the fact that in Turkey women reckon with rotundities as beauty standard – excess weight a problem in the country is not in any way.
