Most of women says that it looks after itself and does a make-up only for itself. Even if it so, the compliment from an opposite sex becomes a pleasant bonus. So they appreciate? What details of our appearance view as a sign of beauty and appeal? By it not only millions of women of the whole world, but also scientists are concerned. And here what they found out.

1. Snow-white smile.

The Australian researchers found out that men very carefully estimate dental health of the woman. At the same time they are concerned by not only whiteness, but also flatness and natural gloss. And the most interestingly is that men are not especially submitted by the bleached teeth. Strangely enough, such artificial whiteness is not estimated by them as attractive. They need natural whiteness and natural gloss.

The Australian scientists offer an explanation not the most predictable. It appears, teeth for people bear information on genetic health and a physical condition of the person. The ecological situation, health of several generations of family, age, a way of life affects dental health … Yellowish teeth – natural sign of aging, at all teeth darken with age. And white teeth – an indicator of existence of reproductive function of the woman.

2. Red color.

In 2008 the huge research from the British couple of scientists (Andrew Elliot and Daniella Niyesta) from Rochester university was published. Work of 15 pages analysed influence of red color on men. In fauna this influence is proved, red color increases appeal of females to males at primacies. Representatives of a strong half of mankind had the same.

The British made 5 experiments and proved that red color for men really is more attractive and sexual. Scientists compared red to white, gray, brown, green, blue colors. And in all tests red men called more attractive, whether it be color of a dress, footwear or shades of a make-up. At the same time women have no such representation, they do not call women in red more attractive.

These researches were intended to help the marketing specialists and designers working at commodity market for men. But it can be useful to us too. It appears, classical red lipstick, scarlet nail varnish and a red sheath dress will help to become for it very best.

3. 90-60-90.

Scientists from New Zealand shared this secret with us. In 2009 they published the research which opens men's ideas of female appeal. On several pages of the text it is proved why Kym Kardashyan's figure so is pleasant to men. It is not a bottom, and not in a breast. Matter in proportions and ratios of all these volumes. And the ratio of volume of hips and a waist is the most important. Men prefer a bigger ratio of a waist to hips, such as 7:10, and proportions 9:10 are for them less attractive. 4. High pitched voice.

And it is possible, here again matter in search of potential mother for the future child – she has to be young and quiet, and such women possess a high pitched voice. Only do not confuse high-pitch tone and a squeaky voice – it is important to observe moderation.

5. Brunettes are blondes, the score 1:1

After ambiguous statistics about what brunettes earn more blondes it is possible to call one more encouraging fact for owners of dark hair. Expression "Gentlemen prefer blondes" became already outdated. At the beginning of the 21st century in a trend also brunettes!

In 2008 the group of the British scientists conducted researches during which 130 men were interviewed. Showed them a photo of 12 women among which there were blondes and brunettes with various tone of skin and different length of hair. Contrary to expectations, brunettes were estimated more positively, than blondes, and length of hair in general did not affect the rating of appeal in any way.

6. It is less than make-up

Now you can safely join the movement makeup-free (without make-up) if you want to be pleasant to men. Unexpected conclusions were made one of researches. Earlier it seemed that "the fighting coloring" has to attract the stronger sex. However the British scientists proved the return. In 2013 they made a number of experiments and tests. Showed to the men participating in a research a photo of women with various degree of a make-up: from bright to the most minimum. Actually, attractive men called a photo where models showed the minimum make-up.
