Here also our spring marafonchik flew by, and time to sum up its results came!

And here, as everything at me began:

Care of hair.

1. My hair grew dull a little recently as I, owing to some circumstances, ceased to do masochka and to indulge them additional food. I want to correct it now!

2. To maintain health of the curls, not to allow appearance of dandruff.

3. To refresh hair color.

Face care.

Skin of my person now in general suits me. However, it is necessary to support it in the normal state, providing daily care.

Symmetry.

Here really relevant direction in anticipation of spring!

Bone at me heavy so I was never "fuzz" and I will not be! Today, my height of 177 cm, weight of 84 kg.

ABOUT - 104 cm.
OG - 100 cm.

And what is pleasant - at me it turned out to move to the planned purposes with little effort and restrictions for itself favourite! Slowly but surely, so to speak!

Hair during a marathon became even a little more live, healthy and brilliant... however, did not cease to drop out. But it also is clear - I daily take many drugs which are weakening my immunity, and, by itself, perniciously influencing my curls. Expecting your question and why don't I accept vitamin for advantage of hair, I will answer - I CAN not INCREASE IMMUNITY! So it is.

Generally, I am quite happy with result of care of a head of hear!

From cosmetic favourites especially I want to allocate a mask for hair from "Nolla" with honey and cinnamon! Oils from "DNC" too very good, but nevertheless a mask moreover and a thermocap - The Best!!!

From shampoos very warm memoirs were left behind by Mustard shampoo from "the Wreath of Siberia"!

Further.

Face care consisted at me mostly in ordinary daily procedures of washing by cosmetics, food creams and rare masks.

To appearance of face skin I have no claims so I put to myself "plus"!

As for ukhodovy means, my undoubted favourite became L'OREAL - the Cleaning gel Infinite freshness. It is just tremendous! Very much I recommend!

Also the softening soft cream Vivifying Moistening from GARNIER was pleasant. In general I love products of this brand!

But here what means I will not advise anybody, so it is the washing cream-gel Narrowing pores from Deademine! It is simply awful, in my opinion, product! Himozny smell, tightness of face skin and zero effect!

So, I pass to the third point which I loudly so christened "Symmetry"!

Shifts in a positive side, undoubtedly, are present.

- minus 6 (!) cm in a breast
- minus 2 cm in hips
- minus 2.5 kg. weight.

In my opinion it is quite good! Especially, if to consider that is strong I itself and did not limit. Just practically did not eat some farinaceous food, consumed sugar less and drank more water.

Summing up the marathon result, I want to thank undoubtedly Galiyusha who organized it as such flashmobs discipline motivate and stimulate!
