I begin with preparation of sauce.
In a frying pan I heat a quarter of a glass of vegetable oil.
Then I add two-three of tablespoons of tomato paste, I mix with oil, I add it is sensitive waters that homogeneous mass turned out. Salt, pepper, sugar to taste. On slow fire under a cover I leave for a couple of minutes.
I crush two garlic gloves, greens (it is possible to take dried) on the taste, I add to sauce. I mix and in a minute I switch off fire.
I spread sauce in a drinking bowl that cooled down.
I prepare components for pizza too in advance, but it is possible to do it while dough approaches.
The recipe of the test is simple and it is especially wonderful.
In a deep bowl to sift 200 gr. torments.
In a separate container to measure 115 ml. waters (I recommend to use distilled). To warm up in the microwave oven to a warm state. 12 seconds are enough for me.
To dissolve in it a full teaspoon of dry yeast (use the checked yeast!).
To add 1/4 teaspoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
In flour to make deepening and to pour in water with all components.
To knead dough. It turns out soft, gentle, very nice on the touch. To hands does not stick. If necessary it is possible it is sensitive to pour torments.

Then to cover dough (I use food wrap and a towel) and to put to the warm place for rise for 40-50 minutes.

And then it is simple - to press down, lay out everything on the surface powdered with flour, to divide into necessary quantity of parts. I have three pizzas on thin crust.
I do so. I cut off the third part of the test, I put away the rest in a plastic bag, I tie it and I put aside. Until time comes to return to it, it still will approach.
I roll the taken part of the test to the necessary size. There is a matter of taste: someone loves thin pizza, someone is more fat.
For pizza on the thick test it is possible not to divide the suitable dough at all, to roll everything. We love a thin basis.
I did not buy a pizza baking dish therefore ideally equal circle at me does not leave the test, but it is not terrible.

Having rolled to the necessary size, I shift a basis to a baking sheet. I bake on a non-stick rug therefore I do not grease it. I correct dough. Now it is possible to create.
I grease a basis with sauce, having accurately distributed on all surface.

I strew with grated cheese.

And further at will. Today, for example, I distribute sausage pieces on cheese.
I water with sharp Chile.

From above the cut champignons, slightly added some salt tomatoes.

And again grated cheese.

I put in warmed up to 250 gr. an oven for 10 - 12 minutes.
Here such yum-yum turned out.

The second pizza: sauce - grated cheese-champignons-Bulgarian pepper-tomatoes-olive-large number of cheese.

And I always fill one more pizza in half: a half - as the first, a half - as the second. We bring it to mother therefore two stuffings in one - it.

I never liked to cook home-made pizza as the result did not please in general! Usually the basis turned out either as a sole, or as roll. But according to this recipe there is really tasty, most real pizza!
