This is one of my favourite goddesses only because this archetype woke up in me too late. Late, but it is sure. And life changed for very short term cardinally.

The alchemical goddess who won Paris's apple, recognized as the finest, radiating a gold luminescence is the not all epithets describing this woman.

Aphrodite finds and cultivates pleasant, ecstatic feelings in a body, she is busy with search of pleasure, she tests it and broadcasts.

Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty, Venus at Romans, was the finest of goddesses. Poets sang of beauty of her face and a body, gold hair color and the shining eyes, the softest gentle skin, a fine breast. According to Homer, she, full of an irresistible charm, was "a beloved of laughter". It was a favourite object of the sculptors representing its nude or in slightly thrown clothes opening her graceful sensual body – Venus de Milo and Aphrodite Knidskaya famous to us only according to the Roman copies represent her best-known statues.

"Golden" – the most frequent epithet at Greeks at Aphrodite's description meaning for them "fine". According to Paul Friedrich famous to Aphrodite's expert, words gold honey, the gold speech, a gold seed are linguistically connected, symbolizing birth and verbal creativity – the deepest values of Aphrodite.


It was connected with the pigeons kissing and the cooing birds of love, and with the swans known for the beauty and the fact that forever connect in couples; with flowers, especially roses, a traditional gift of lovers; with sweet aroma of fruit, especially golden apples, and passionate dark scarlet pomegranates (the symbol divided with Persefona).

Spontaneously each woman is in a similar state during love, is conscious – focusing on filling of a body and emotions joyful experiences, it is possible "to include" pleasure at own will. Around a body there is a "magnetic" field, movements become graceful, smooth. Aphrodite never criticizes herself. It is possible to tell that her odzhas, tedzhas and a prana – are in ideal balance.

Aphrodite's attention is concentrated on feelings of pleasure, she tests and radiates joy, it is "in a stream" lives, it spontaneously and naturally initiates contacts, it is loved, admire it, devote it verses, paint pictures, it inspires on feats and creativity.

I did video for this archetype early in the morning, in velvet September in the Atlantic Ocean in Morocco. On the desert beach there were only I, It and our cameras. Oh, is not present, still there was an ocean.

I felt pleasure unknown earlier from all exercises when the body adjoined in warm water, to sand, to clean air, to beams of the dawn sun. I felt as Aphrodite in depth of the soul, and left this feeling forever in the memory. I can reproduce it very easily.



Studying the body, find places where right now you feel pleasant feelings:
heat, the movement, desire to stretch, can often be found such places in hips, gastrocnemius muscles, stupnyakh, begin to move, strengthening pleasant experiences.

Perhaps, you will begin the spontaneous movements consisting of asanas, dance moves and gestures. Allow the body of a message you.

To awaken in itself Aphrodite, carry out such exercises:
Smooth Bkhudzhangasana (1-2 min.),
Dkhanurasana on one side,
Garudasana with the movements of hands,
Adkho Mukh Shvanasan with raising of legs.
