RESULTS

Here also the marathon came to an end. I even am a little upset as it is together much more interesting to do something. At this stage I will finish naturally not. I will continue to be engaged in an extension. It is necessary to increase frequencies of occupations.

Of course, a main goal "to stretch out" it is not achieved, but you should not despair. For me an important result of my occupations is the healthy back. Year I am engaged in an extension - I do not know year about waist pains.

Ooh, even shocked. I do not like to watch results through a small period therefore did not check every week. And here such result: + 10 cm in a cross split. I am very glad. Probably, longitudinal to me it is given more difficult. What? Let's try.
