Really because, what 120 times you will repeat "I am beautiful", you will become more beautiful? Yes, you will become! But only if you trust in it from the very beginning! Kilograms will not get to anywhere and folds on a waist will not resolve by itself!



I read several articles on this subject where authors say that it is necessary to fall in love with himself any: everyone different, and then life will play bright paints! And I wrote about it too. But there is one BUT. If I already love myself ANY, then it helps me with life. But if YOU do not love yourself ANY, then how to you will help "to love my council himself any"? IN ANY WAY! Well you do not love yourself thick! Also do not want to love! Also NEVER fall in love!

You - what cannot be put into words and furthermore to thrust into the narrow cover corresponding to someone's judgments. You - a set of that of the best that the nature gave you and what it is possible to keep and develop, what has a MISSION. You - are individual and unique, you - a part of the Universe and its spark! When you make a mistake, you understand that the mistake belongs only to a part of yours I. As well as your diseases - they belong only to a part of yours I. Often not the best part … Your age is only a side of your soul. In myself, I am sure, you do not feel these restrictions and this image which you see in a mirror!

To fall in love with itself, take the first step: recognize the uniqueness and perfection by definition. Do not trust mirrors, and believe that everything changes, and firm is your core, your grain - SOUL! Become the impostor: tell yourself and, I see in a mirror the woman with an excessive weight, but it not I! I am that which PERFECTION!
