Chemical composition of honey
Glucose, fructose and sucrose, dextrin, water, albumens, nonprotein nitric substances, enzymes, organic acids, mineral substances, vitamins are its part. The structure of the honey received from different types of nectar, i.e. from various melliferous plants is not identical and depends on its origin, a maturity and season.

Akatsiyevy honey — one of the best grades of honey. In the liquid state this honey is transparent. Akatsiyevy honey contains 35.98% of glucose (wine sugar) and 40.35% of fructose (fruit sugar) and a large amount of vitamin A.

Buckwheat honey is more dark on color — from dark yellow with a reddish shade to dark brown, differs in a peculiar aroma and specific taste. In buckwheat honey much more proteins and iron, than in light grades of honey.

White honey belongs to one of the best grades. Svezheotkachanny white honey is very fragrant, usually transparent, on color — light yellow go greenish. White honey contains 36.05% of glucose and 39.27% of a levuleza.

Donnikovy honey — is among excellent top-quality med and differs in high tastes. Donnikovy honey contains 36.78% of glucose and 39.59% of fructose.

Masks for skin

Honey easily gets into the minute pores of skin, feeds it and regulates water balance that supports skin in a fresh state and interferes with premature appearance of wrinkles.

Recipes for dry skin

- To take 1 yolk, 2 tablespoons of rice flour, 1 tablespoon of cabbage juice, 1 teaspoon of honey and 3 - 4 drops of lemon juice. Everything carefully to mix and put on a face. To wash away a mask in 15 - 20 minutes of cool water.

- The tablespoon of honey is parted in 2 glasses of warm water and then wipe with solution for the night a face.

- Prepare mix from honey and the olive oil taken in equal shares. Lower in this mix a gauze napkin, with previously cut out openings for eyes and lips. The napkin is put on a face for 20-30 minutes. Then the face is wiped with camomile decoction.

- To take 2 tablespoons of oat flakes, 1 tablespoon of liquid honey, 30 ml of warm milk, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 3 drops of lemon juice. It is good to mix and put everything on a face. To wash away a mask in 15 - 20 minutes cool water.

- To take 2 teaspoons of olive oil, a yolk of one egg and one teaspoon of liquid honey. To pound everything, to mix and put well on a face. In 15 - 20 minutes to wash away a mask cool water.

- To warm 2 tablespoons of honey on a steam bath to warm on a water bath, then to add 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese and to put on a face. In 20 minutes to wash away a mask warm water.

- For preparation of a peeling for dry skin mix 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply structure the received mix to face skin for 5 - 10 minutes at care of dry and normal skin.

- 2 heads of the baked onions carefully to pound, mix with 2 tablespoons of honey and to apply the received mix to previously cleaned face skin for 15 - 20 minutes then to remove it wet towel wipes.

Recipes for oily skin

- To beat 1 egg white, to add to it on 1 teaspoon of honey, milk, lemon juice. To add to mix of oat flakes before receiving gruel of a condition of sour cream. To put the received mask on a face for 20 minutes then to wash away warm water.

- Mix 2 spoons of honey with 1 spoon of very strong tea and 2 spoons of oat flakes, add a little water before obtaining necessary consistence, slightly warm up the received weight on couple. Put warm weight with a thick layer, cover a face with a tissue, from above a towel and you hold 20 minutes. Wash away at first warm, and then cool water.

- To take 1 glass of svezheotzhaty cucumber juice, to dissolve in it 1 teaspoon of honey and to use for wiping of face skin after washing at acne rash. In 30 - 40 minutes the face should be washed up cool water.

- To mix 2 not shaken up egg whites from 30 g of honey and 1/2 tsps of peach (almond) oil before receiving homogeneous mass, then to add 2 tablespoons of the oat flakes crushed in powder. The mask well cleans, moisturizes and feeds oily skin. To impose it for 15 - 20 minutes, to remove at first a warm, and then cool compress.

- To pound 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese with 1 teaspoon of liquid honey, to add 1 egg. Carefully to mix everything the blender. To impose a mask for 15 - 20 minutes. To take off it warm water, then to rinse with cold water.

Recipes for hair

- In roots of the washed-up hair to rub honey and to leave for 30 - 60 minutes then to wash away honey warm water. The procedure helps to strengthen hair significantly.

- To take on 1 tablespoon of grated onions, castor oil, honey, 1 egg yolk and everything it is good to mix. To rub the received mix in head skin, then to wrap up it with a terry towel and in 1 - 2 hour to wash up shampoo. To use the procedure as required.

- To fill in with abrupt boiled water 30 g of the dry crushed camomile, to allow to infuse within 15 minutes. To cool, filter and add 1 tablespoon of honey to broth. To wash up hair, to wipe slightly a towel and to moisten plentifully with the prepared solution, and in half an hour - to rinse hour warm water. At dry hair to make the similar procedure 1 time in 10 - 12 days, and at fat - 1 time in 6 - 7 days.

Carefully! Honey – biologically active product therefore in the cosmetic purposes it is useful not to all. Contraindications to application are the allergy to honey, expansion of vessels on a face, bronchial asthma, diabetes and heart failure.
