Hi everyone! Today I will share with you the recipe of a tasty lunch from a ptitim, vegetables and chicken fillet. The lunch turns out nourishing, the family will be satisfied. Ingredients:

How to make a tasty lunch:

2. We cut chicken fillet small pieces and we fry on olive oil.
3. In the course of frying we add onions and carrots. We fry everything together about 5-7 minutes.
4. We add some spice to taste, I have salt and mix of pepper. We part tomato paste in 150 ml of water and we pour in a frying pan. We cover and give to be extinguished minutes 10, periodically stirring slowly.
5. We add ptity it is mixed and we pour in 2 glasses of water (emk.200 ml). We cover and on slow fire we leave for 20 minutes, periodically we open a cover and we stir slowly.
6. We strew a ready dish with greens.
