The most gentle and juicy roll with boiled condensed milk

Ingredients:

? Eggs - 5 pieces
? Sugar - 120 grams
? Salt - 0.5 teaspoons
? Flour - 100 g
? Baking powder - 0.5 teaspoons
? Milk - 50 grams
? Sunflower oil - 50 grams
? Butter - 30 grams
? Boiled condensed milk - 200 grams

Recipe of preparation:

We divide eggs into egg whites and yolks. With yolks we add salt and 50 grams of sugar to a bowl. We shake up the mixer.

At first we beat whites separately, then gradually we add 70 grams of sugar and we shake up the mixer to steady peaks.

We add whipped whites to yolks and it is accurately mixed from below up.

Then we add flour and baking powder. And once again we mix.

In a plate we mix milk and oil. We add couple of spoons of the test, we mix everything and we pour out back to the test.

Everything is accurately mixed and we pour out ready dough on the baking sheet covered with paper for baking. We level a surface and we send to the oven warmed up to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

While dough is baked, we mix boiled condensed milk and butter. It is our stuffing for roll.

We get roll from an oven, we overturn, we remove paper and we cut uneven edges. We do small cuts.

We coat roll with condensed milk with butter. We turn it and we remove in the refrigerator for 1 hour. It is possible to decorate roll at discretion, for example to strew with icing sugar.
