I want to offer you a new Marathon of symmetry and beauty of a body.
Concept is as follows: within several weeks everyone to participate in a marathon set before themselves the personal purposes and choose ways of their achievement.
Then each participant publishes a starting post where she specifies the problems with a body, the purposes and means of achievement of the goals. Shows ukhodovy means, the plan of leaving and food, the plan of trainings.
You can not specify the initial weight and volumes if your purpose not to lose weight.




Many spoke against an indispensable condition of loss of excess weight as this subject does not concern all. Someone does not need to lose weight and its purpose can be other: to gain muscle bulk, for example. Or to find former endurance when walking on long distances. Or to work zones of cellulitis and to tighten skin.







What will be obligatory for all - it is care of body skin. Including: moistening, scrubbing, massages, various procedures for desire (wrappings, bathtubs, pedicure, manicure, depilations).

There will be no weekly obligatory weighing and a photo of scales.
There will be a weekly report on the personal plan with photos at your choice: conditioning agents, menu, useful recipes (food or leaving), sets of exercises... Generally everything, as for a subject of beauty of a body.




Naturally, those who wish to lose excess weight can publish everything, as for this program: initial weight and volumes, week weight and volumes, final weight and volumes.
Those who lost more than the weight will only not become winners of a marathon.



The symmetry, in my understanding, is a harmony external and interior, it is a beautiful figure and well-groomed skin, the balanced food and a positive spirit.
