Food: On February 23-25 afforded gradually mayonnaise salads, it is sensitive cakes. In other days - and mayonnaise ate nothing flour!
Daily 1.5 - 2 liters of liquid. During the lunchtime 19.02. - 22.02. - low-fat chicken soup, without fried vegetables. For breakfasts dairy squashes and tvorozhnik. For dinners - vegetable salads and low-fat meat / fish.
Weight - 83 kg.
OG - 100 cm.
ABOUT - 102.5 cm.

Changes in general only in volumes. Though small, but nevertheless it already achievement!
