Jewelry mineralogich esky trade fair "Symphony of Semi-precious Stones"

"The symphony of semi-precious stones" is the name of the All-Russian trade fair which is one of significant actions in Moscow in the field of jewelry art and mineralogy. Another exhibition took place in showroom of the business center of a premium class "Amber Plaza" from September 22 to September 24, 2017.

Unlike other jewelry exhibitions which are a peculiar demonstration of achievements of the jewelry industry and represent new collections of the enterprises, "The symphony of semi-precious stones" is aimed at development of author's jewelry art and stone-cutting business. At exhibitions constantly there are jewelers — artists and designers, small workshops and firms, gem cutters, collectors of minerals and color stones, gemologists, stone-cutters, repairmen of jewelry, art critics and other experts of jewelry. Visitors of this action, as a rule, are interested in author's handmade jewelry, products of original styles and the technician and also special gifts and fashionable precious novelties for themselves, the family. Here even very exacting buyer can find an individual piece of jewelry for himself, to the refined taste and "purse". In three days of work last jewelry festival was attended by more than five thousand people. Numerous visitors, guests and tourists managed to estimate long ago advantages of the jewelry exhibition sale "Symphony of Semi-precious Stones" where they can choose and buy a desirable piece of jewelry or a product at reasonable prices!

Since exhibition foundation in 1994, about three hundred leading artists-jewelers, designers and jewelry workshops from many cities and regions of Russia traditionally participate in it. The geography of last exhibition is extensive — jewelry and works of artists and masters of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kaliningrad, Lipetsk, Novosibirsk, Chelyabinsk, Perm, Kazan, Kaluga, Kostroma, the Caucasus and the Crimea was presented. Besides constantly at an exhibition jewelers and workshops of a number of the CIS countries and foreign countries participate. The masters and specialists in repair of jewelry who are usually present at a fair on the place will repair and will execute operational development of a product. At the stand of "The Moscow gemological laboratory" it was possible to carry out expertize on identification of gemstones, their synthetic analogs and imitations. Specialists of laboratory carry out definition of metric, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of a stone and also upclassing traces. They work with the modern analytical equipment. Also the exit shop of LLC Clio where participants and visitors of last exhibition action bought the jewelry tool necessary to them and materials for work and also various packing products which are made by this company worked in September.

Two magnificent thematic expositions of our permanent participants of the jeweler-artist Melnikov Sergey Valentinovich and the mineralogist Firer Alexander Yakovlevich were presented to visitors and guests of last September exhibition action.

Creativity Sergey Melnikov's artist-jeweler differs not only high quality skill of execution, sharpness of a professional look, but also amazing ability of harmonious connection of different forms and materials in uniform composition during creation of the unique jewelry masterpieces. Works of this master of jewelry are extremely various: from simple and laconic to fantasy with unusually beautiful natural stones. In them each idea of the author and its artistic realization is precious. This bright, author's jewelry not only the originality of design, but also especially valuable in our century of mass production distinguishes, limited quantity of products. Process of their production, from beginning to end, is carried out unique decorative and techniques of finishing of metal almost manually and widely use by the artist various semi-precious stones as inserts! So, for example, "Mood", "Star", "Ark" and "Tenderness" the master made rings of 585 gold, and as an insert used polikhromny and color sapphires, diamonds, grenades, tourmalines, emeralds, rubies and opal. The product "Mood" is executed by the artist in style filigree.

All jewelry of Sergey Valentinovich Melnikov differs in special power and surprising magic. Could be convinced of it during the September exhibition both participants, and numerous visitors of last exhibition action. Natural stones, faultless on quality, strengthen a unique image of each of the rings presented in photos. Not casually the picture of a ring "Ark" was selected for placement on the subscription-2018 which circulation will be printed to the December exhibition "Symphony of Semi-precious Stones".

Alexander Firer's exposition was devoted to mineralogy — in a glass show-window in the hall of showroom it was possible to see magnificent and various samples of collection minerals. On the top shelf of a show-window agate from Armenia and the Amur region was exposed. On the second shelf Alexander Yakovlevich laid out the following minerals for survey: azurite from the Kemerovo region, gibbsit, malachite, grossular (green pomegranate) from Yakutia, quartzes from the Urals and from China, viluit (vezuvian) from the Vilyuy River in Yakutia, stavrolit from the Kola Peninsula. On the third shelf of a show-window it was possible to see a morion from Kazakhstan, amethyst from the Kola Peninsula, quartz and amethyst geodes from Morocco and Brazil, azuromalakhit from Altai and a sample of mineral of the Ural jasper.



During last trade fair "Symphony of Semi-precious Stones" also the competition between collectors of minerals took place and it was devoted to mineralogy. The September competition took place under the name "The Best Samples of Natural Minerals". Collection minerals and products from Andrey Zakharov, Alexander and Tatyana Tumanov' stone were selected to a competition. So Andrey Zakharov presented the following amazing samples of minerals: "Grape chalcedony", "Malachite tree" and "Fluorite cubes". Art critics and members of the organizing committee of an exhibition action unanimously decided to appropriate the first place of this mineralogical collection of Andrey Zakharov. About this collection of minerals of Andrey it was written in article announcement of a September exhibition together with pictures of stones. Tumanov Alexander exposed a series of collection samples of rhinestone on a competition is dazzling white color from the Subpolar Urals under the general name "Light of the Urals". And Tatyana Tumanova presented the following amazing desktop stone-cutting jewelry of small plasticity on a competition: "Humming-bird" from rose quartz and tourmaline and "Slope" from agate and the klevelandit. These refined and bright works of jewelry art of Tatyana and magnificent Ural minerals of Alexander gained recognition of authoritative jury, and their participating owners of a competition honourable diplomas for the second places and monetary prizes. It was decided not to make for none of winners the third room!
