Girls, if I am full of energy, joy and happiness, then it does not mean at all that I have no reasons for grief and bitter tears. I also from time to time sicken, anger, envy, rage, grief, powerlessness and even, about horror, - despondency and a grief.

The depression is already deeper destructive state a state, than negative emotions. The depression is the real disease in which really you do not see an exit and it is not capable to operate the state. Here the specialist doctor is necessary. Psychotherapist, psychiatrist, neuropathologist. If to advise the person who is in a depression positive affirmation or to surround him with comedies, it is possible to make even worse.

I devote my today's post to all pechalka and the real troubles which do our life bitter, sour, gloomy, sad, boring, hopeless, that is decline us to a depression.

We will create an analog of such portal, only in other scale. And we will undertake function of Ambulance. As the world is unfair, and God is ruthless, we will not feel sorry for each other, but we will only propose concrete solutions. Do you feel a difference? I will tell you about the problem, but I do not need pity. Only sensible council for business. But also the sympathy of course, and it can be without words. As the good doctor sympathizes!? He does not feel sorry for you, calling "poor" and "unfortunate", and extends from you all symptoms and appoints concrete procedures and drugs. And further - your business. To revel in a sore or to eradicate it.

My main current pechalka, is my ear. How many I do not treat it, everything is vain. I already just revel in this sore. Bad symptoms return almost instantly after a course of treatment. And it both headache, and other unpleasant feelings. And I want to keep hearing at both ears, I want to dive in the summer even if and with plugs...
