Flashmob Fotocharm. New subject. The 47th stage.

Waited? We were sure that "yes"! Then we hurry to please you that the new stage all a favourite flashmob Fotocharm starts.

We leave rules invariable, except terms of carrying out one stage (item 1) and quantity of prizes for one user (item 8).

I declare the 47th stage of a flashmob Fotocharm open which subject sounds: "My spring cosmetics bag".

Cold weather and low temperature receded, behind a window there was a long-awaited sun which pleases us with the heat. We not only change clothes, but also cosmetic leaving. Show us the spring reserves of cosmetics, the favourites, what you do not do in the spring, novelties or invariable favourites without. It is not important, bought in shop or the house cosmetics made with own hands. Cosmetics can be both ukhodovy, and decorative. Everything is interesting to us. We wait from you for photos, the emphasis in which is placed on cosmetic products.

Rules:

1. Time of carrying out this stage of a flashmob Fotocharm - from April 8 to April 30. Till April 22 inclusive we wait for your photos in a pm to Irina - Kuba-I then vote which will take place till April 28 inclusive Moscow time will be issued on April 23. Later there will be a post with winners of this stage. The winner who took 1 place will offer a subject for the following stage of a competition. The subject can be corrected or changed by organizers of a flashmob. If the winner of a stage is not able to call a subject of the following stage within 24 hours, then the new subject is called by organizers of a flashmob.

2. To a photo flashmob only author's photos that is made only participants or a photo at which there are they personally and also photos which did not give all the best earlier anywhere are accepted.

3. Processing of photos in various editors is not welcomed to equal chances of participants.

4. Each participant of FM can send no more than 3 photos.

5. In one stage of a flashmob only one photo can benefit from one user. In case the maximum number of votes the user vote were got by two or three photos from one user, then the prize-winning place awards the photo which got the maximum number of votes. The place of the winner is transferred in a competition of the second photo to the following participant of a photorace who gained the highest number of points on the basis of vote.

6. All registered users of wowcharm.us can take part.

7. Winners of FM will be defined on the basis of the user vote.

8. Each user can win a prize no more than two times in one competitive year. The third competitive year is estimated from the moment of the beginning of the 47th stage of a flashmob Fotocharm.

9. Vote will anonymously take place:
- It will be possible to vote for several pleasant works (except the!);
- To vote for a photo (and, a little) all registered users of wowcharm.us can do.

10. Organizers have the right to take a photo from vote if, according to them, any rules of a competition are violated (the photo does not correspond to a subject, a rating price markup, processing in the editor, vote for the photos and other), and also to transfer a prize-winning place to other user.

11. Discussion of actions of organizers of a flashmob, especially in comments is not allowed. Otherwise such action will be regarded as violation of the rules of a competition.

12. For violation of the rules of a competition the organizer has the right to make photos of the violator from vote or not to accept the photo from the violator in the following stage in which the violator will want to take part.

Dear participants of a competition! We remind of that, you have the right (but, of course, are not obliged!) to publish in this heading "Flashmob Fotocharm" from itself posts with photos which you plan to expose in the future on vote. Posts from you such there can be a set. Also you can publish some photos in such posts. It is allowed (and it is even welcomed) to discuss these photos, to comment, tell their background, to consult on maycharmelka and same as you, other participants of a competition what photos to expose you on vote whether they are pleasant to public, whether for them will vote and so on. Thus, you will be able to get acquainted with a photo of competitors, "to remove some photos from a race", some to add also the other moments which do a competition even more interestingly and more dynamically.

Prizes are delivered only across the territory of the Russian Federation! If you became a winner, but live outside Russia, you can win the prize through your relatives and acquaintances living in the territory of the Russian Federation. The term of claiming of a prize – 1 month from the date of the announcement of results of a competition. The big request - on delivery a prize to write a post on Maycharm (to the Between Us, Girls group, or in the diary) with a photo of a prize and information that the prize is delivered to destination, then to send the reference to a post to the site administrator in a pm or to the moderator responsible for delivery of prizes to winners of a competition. Organizers of a competition do not participate in a draw of prizes.
