So we take approximately the 150th waters we pour in a stewpan / a small saucepan we put on small fire and we fill up 3-4 tablespoons of sugar, it is a little vanilla.
It is necessary that sugar was dissolved and in this syrup we put couple of asterisks of an anisetree, cardamom of 3-5 features and a cinnamon stick if there is no integral cinnamon then only already at the end we powder habitual ground cinnamon. Thus spices will give to drink the fragrant essential oils.
In this warm spicy soup we pour in 0.5 red not sweet wines.
So far future mulled wine gets warm in it on a small grater three a lemon dried peel, and we also attach segments of a lemon, orange and even apples. Periodically we stir slowly and we enter polryumki/2-3 tablespoons to brandy/cognac/rum.
