There are a lot of nuances. But personally I will never forget a phrase of the doctor: "And it, case, not "hour glasses"? Sounded absolutely unclear for me, it frightened really thoroughly!

Running forward, I will tell that the expert appeared the rights: my nails were "told" of some deviation, but thank God everything is not so terrible. Therefore there was a doubt in its phrase - the real "hour glasses" (the term, known in a circle of physicians, which is not promising anything good) on my nails were not. There was something remotely similar and allowing to doubt health of bodies.

Generally, when to me already for 30 (for someone it is not a lot of, but not 18 nevertheless), I began to think of all those factors which can affect health and, therefore, beauty really. Especially now, when it was necessary to spend more than two months on self-isolation! There I had a really good time: cookies, rolls, candies... But now all!

In my opinion, exactly food and physical activities - guarantee of health and beauty! For this reason I with pleasure returned to fitness club on hobbies - Pilates on balls!

During the training the press is constantly intense, legs - too. The bearing becomes straight, muscles become stronger, weight is lost - beauty!

Loved a step aerobics earlier, but now Pilates on balls won my heart entirely!

Food was changed radically at our place! Now for breakfast or porridges (buckwheat, corn, wheat, yachnevy), without milk, but with a small amount of oil and salt, either eggs - fried eggs or boiled hard-boiled.

Occasionally cheesecakes, unsweetened, on oatmeal.

Omelet - only in an oven.

Bread is replaced with small loafs.

For lunch I practically always cook soup. Especially we love chicken (on a breast) or borsch (with beef or a turkey).

We try to eat very often vegetable salad on olive oil. Or just cut vegetables. Now they are already country! Mm...

From fruit - apples, bananas, oranges.

The dinner is most often presented by stewed cabbage. We love it, and it also is useful!

Though I can sometimes boil in the evening rice (generally brown) or pasta (al an awning). Still I adore buckwheat! I can eat three times a day!

And to a garnish I try or fish baked pudding (with a low caloric content, but it is very tasty), or chicken fillet in an oven, well or the meatballs baked in sauce (dietary option)...


"We intercept" nothing in the evening. Unless, apple.

And, as it seems to me, such diet is very quite good for health!

I especially do not complain of a condition of skin, and here it would be desirable weight is sensitive to reduce. So I will continue to move in this direction, literally and figuratively!
