I will make small digression to history. Many years ago, when we moved to the house in which we live today, I got acquainted with our neighbor, very lovely lady. Only not by means of expensive cosmetics, and using vegetables, fruit, berries and herbs.

From it I learned a lot of interesting. Including, and about this mask which is made of a vegetable marrow.
The usual vegetable marrow (any grade, the size, etc.) undertakes, it washes and peeled.

Then it is cut by thin strips in the form of slices. It is especially convenient to do it by the peeler - one-two and it is ready the necessary quantity of marrow slices.
