When you come tired from work and it seems that the whole world is incited against you, once you embrace the little daughter smelling of the childhood to talk to the son, and your forces instantly return. There is a purpose for whom and for what it is necessary to live and work, eat in whom to put the efforts, and, perhaps, hopes for implementation of your unfulfilled dreams, of course, I do not know what they will choose the vital road, know one - from me my children will always get the help and support.



2. To be sure is to choose the course of life and to go on it surely, with highly raised head. To trust in everything that you tell (to think before telling!!!). It is sober to estimate the forces and the maximum opportunities. Nobody says that above a certain level you will not be able to jump. But nobody forbids you to self-improve and to gradually lift it up, reaching everything new and new vital heights, isn't it?


3. To be sure - means to seek to be healthy. I think, this point is important for me more than ever now. As soon as children begin to be ill, everything falls literally. All working plans fall, study and some out-of-class achievements, etc. falls. Therefore in any circumstances I try to support and care for the state of health of the family and the close people as far as it is possible. In any situations it is impossible to be nervous, panic. Healthy nervous system - pledge of healthy family and life, is not without reason told - all diseases from nerves.


4. To be sure - means, to watch constantly itself. To watch the appearance, a correct posture, clothes, a hairstyle, a make-up and, of course, hygiene. In respect of the last Always point in my arsenal, certainly, always was out of competition! If you since morning manage to give yourself 15-20 minutes of the precious time - the whole day will pass like clockwork. Quickly you do a day make-up, you create a hairstyle, you use spirits on mood - half-affairs it is made. You watch the weight and a bearing, everyday you carry out a set of exercises to bring the muscles into a tone and it is good to feel - and it is noticed at once also by you, and your environment.


5. To be sure - to try to be constantly in good mood. Kind of you it was not difficult for life at present, against you the whole world kind of was not up in arms, do not revenge. Be sure, by all it will be rendered in due time and surrounding people are not guilty of your problems. They just do not concern them, at everyone the life. Envy nobody, go on life with a constant smile. Notice as soon as you begin to smile - people smile to you after. It is necessary optimists at our present life with some difficulty, but they also are appreciated it!
