Tea memoirs

For me tea is not only pleasant drink which warms during bad weather and an icy cold and satisfies thirst. Tea for me is also pleasant memories and in general the aroma of tea helps to remember these or those moments of my life connected with concrete drink.

Lime tea is a grandfather

Yes, we always collected a linden with the grandfather in the village. There is a big beauty with sprawling krone at rural stadium. How many myself I remember, always this linden was, century history. As soon as the linden blossomed, and the period of blossoming began a bit later, than at us in the city, I came to the village to the grandfather and the grandmother. The linden is high, it is so simple not to get, we took a ladder and climbed, I was allowed to climb and take seat in the reliable place. We tore hour after an hour, without noticing time. To have a good time with the grandfather! And after walk we came back home, displayed the main part of flowers of a linden on tables and covered with a cover, the grass in the dark place has to dry. Fresh flowers washed out and made tea! Ooh, the girl what it was aroma! As in the old fairy tale we sit all together at a table and we sip tasty lime tea. On a table of drying, gingerbreads, candies!

I take in the city with myself an impressive bag of the lime florets which are already dried up to enjoy a pacification in winter evenings with a cup of lime tea with honey! At these moments I always remember the grandfather with the grandmother, it adds a cosiness to my house. And when the lime stock runs low, I begin to save gold flowers, just I add them to tea leaves with black tea. Tea gives gentle notes memoirs are sticky and again...

Thyme and mint - mother's tea

Every year we with mother dry mint which mother grows up at the dacha. Mint for me as well a melissa which taste reminds a lemon a little and it and is called in the people — a magnolia vine. At all seasons of the year black tea with mint is present at my tea lodge and what? The advantage of mint is proved, it is drunk also young and old alike. It and cold medicine, and at disorder of intestines, and for what dreams drink!

When only you take fresh leaflets and you rub them a little, the aroma gets to breath, takes lungs a fresh chill! And tea leaves from mint are a separate song which fills the room, and then and all house, telling us about hot days of summer, enticing thoughts there from where there is no desire to return: in a dream!

As soon as the first drink of "the refreshing boiled water" spreads on a body, it seems to me as if mother presses me in the embraces and quietly whispers: "Spi-ii, sleep - and-ii, have a rest, my daughter". All this dreams, but such they are pleasant. We love that tea was saturated color therefore I make mint in one teapot, and black tea — in another. Treating each other with tea we mix two fortresses and we enjoy refined taste of black tea with mint. There is nothing more pleasantly to have tea with the true mint aroma.

That year mother collected for me and for herself a thyme (in a different way, a thyme) in a yaruga, near the settlement where ours live the grandmother and the grandfather. Earlier I had not to dry and drink a thyme therefore this winter for us the new type of tea which, without conceding to mint and a linden (though each of herbs could fight for the first place), warmed us in winter evenings opened. The pinch of a thyme and black tea created an improbable whirlwind of tastes. And the thyme and antiseptics, and the coughing-up means, possesses the calming action effective during sleepless nights, normalizes work of intestines, raises a tone and immunity. Magic tea!

Our favourite infusions were a little remembered, there was a wish to share, tell with you as far as tea can be important along with family values and as can connect generations.
