FILM FLASHMOB "The person who saved the world"

I welcome you, fans of movies! In this post there is a wish to tell about the art and documentary movie under the name "The Person Who Saved the World". Regardless of the fact that Robert De Niro plays not a major role in him, this movie is worthy your attention. In leading roles Stanislav Petrov, Kevin Costner, Sergey Shnyrev, Natalya Vdovina.

Actions happen at the time of "Cold War" in the USSR when a political situation between two powers were very intense. I remember those times not according to movies and in real time... all were afraid of nuclear war... and prerequisites to it were... all population of the USSR had a talk about the mysterious "red button" when pressing which the nuclear missile will jump out and will destroy the enemy... only who will be in time the first? USSR or USA? About technical details we, ordinary people were not aware... where this button is... who will press it... but it was terribly terrible... this fear was stronger, than expectation of doomsday in... And here having only watched the movie which was released in 2014 I understood all complexity of a situation and to me it became even more terrible... and at the same time I was captured by pride for the Russian officers! There are among the Russian people real heroes! Not fictional American supermen or "spiders", and real Russian officers!
Culmination the moment in the movie showed that day when the main character - Stanislav Petrov, during the watch controlled rocket installations and to it the signal that struck to the USA nuclear attack to the USSR... arrived at night the officer has to be to tell urgently higher management to get permission to countermeasures. But some mysterious circumstances and logical thinking of Stanislav allowed it to depart from the charter... this night life of our planet was in his hands...
