Today I want to tell about very cheerful movie with Robert De Niro's participation "Acquaintance to parents". I think that many saw it, and, maybe, someone missed this amusing movie.
There is a guy Greg (Ben Stiller) who works as the nurse, and he with the girl Pam goes to the country to get acquainted with her parents. And there Greg wants to be Pam's suitor for the hand. But everything will appear not so simply. The father Pam, Jack Burns (Robert De Niro) is the former employee of CIA. And Greg very unlucky guy. And very serious check which is turning on even the lie detector is necessary to Greg!
"Acquaintance to parents" - very ridiculous comedy with various ridiculous and at the same time truthful situations. Very simple film which perfectly will be suitable for family viewing (but to children rather early to watch it). In the movie very simple and simple plot, but very vital!
The main plus in this movie is good casting! I most of all liked the hero of Robert De Niro who is very attentive, observant, jealous, strict father with a stern face and eternally suspecting and spiteful father-in-law. Very bright and memorable character. Separately I want to note a bright and live mimicry of Robert De Niro which raised smiles. I consider that it is the best comedy role of De Niro! I think that except him more nobody would cope with this role so smartly!
And, of course, plus is also the light, flashing humour with a set of ridiculous situations.
As a result we receive the good family movie with a large number of ridiculous situations. I very much recommend it for viewing if you want to have a rest, relax and laugh with all the heart!
