Hello! You will suit the following exercises: 1. Raising of legs on in a starting position lying on a back, legs are raised up (perpendicular to a trunk) and a little bent in knees. By effort of muscles of a stomach (especially lower part) we tear off a basin from a floor then smoothly we come back to a starting position. 2-6 approaches till 15-30 times. 2. Twisting on a ball. We lay down a back on a ball and by effort of muscles of a stomach we tear off an upper back from a ball, the waist remains on a ball, we do not press a chin to a breast. 2-6 approaches till 15-30 repetitions.
