What water to drink I understood. Tell whether there is certain time for drink of water and how many liters need to be drunk?

Water can be drunk always. It is not recommended to wash down with water food, it is better to food or later. The main quantity till 18 o'clock not to swell. There have to be 30 ml of water on 1 kg of weight.
