Hello! The matter is that I cannot lose weight in any way. Growth at me 174 cm, weight 55. Tried to sit on a buckwheat diet weight "neither there nor there" - at all does not change, nor on gram... I have a bone in itself wide (hips) moreover and fat on them... and "top" very thin. Tell me please, what needs to be eaten and what to avoid in food that legs and hips lost weight?
