3. Administrators of the project and members of their families cannot participate in a competition, moderators of the project participate in a competition in accordance with general practice.
4. Winners are defined by jury of a competition as a part of administration of the wowcharm project and representatives of the Cleeny brand. Prizes are delivered only across the territory of the Russian Federation. If the winner lives not in the Russian Federation, his representative can win a prize.
