The All-Russian Firebird trade fair is the annual meeting place of handicraftsmen from all Russia (representatives more than 44 regions of Russia) and 3 CIS countries working in the field of folk art and their admirers: regular customers, Muscovites and guests of the capital and also representatives of retail trade and designers. The glorified collectives of Khokhloma, Zhostovo, Dulyovo, Verbilok – leaders of national art crafts of Russia participate in an exhibition, along with handicraftsmen, known in Russia and abroad. The exhibition is held by "National Art Crafts of Russia" Association from April 18 to April 22 in TsVK "EXPOCENTRE" with assistance of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. JSC EXPOCENTRE will act as the co-organizer of an exhibition.

The business program of the Firebird exhibition will be saturated and multidimensional. Its subjects, undoubtedly, will become a ready response on a situation in national economy.

For the first time within the exhibition the Russian Craft week is spent. It is a real opportunity to touch the historical roots and to show to society of prospect and relevance of preservation, revival and development of handicraft trade in modern economic reality.

The meeting of representatives of federal bodies executive and legislature and also territorial subjects of the Russian Federation and handicraftsmen concerning preservation and development of the craft industry will take place.
Also there will take place summing up the All-Russian competition on a competition of awards in the nominations: "Handicraftsman of year", "Mentor of year", "Journeyman of year".
