This ink was included into the most prestigious Beauty Awards of 2014. For certain will remain in tops and in 2015. At it there is really a lot of advantages.
It is considered that ink has to or extend only eyelashes, either tighten up, or thicken. That which thickens - is called volume. And Le Volume de Chanel ink has such task – to thicken. But lengthening of eyelashes will become pleasant bonuses also. Of course, it not such cardinal lengthening which hulks with Length label give. But it will be, do not worry.
Brush
50% of success of ink are a brush, and other 50% - a formula. In this ink the texture and color and also elegant packing is pleasant at once, and then you understand also those advantages which the brush design gives.
Chanel called a design of this brush – "the snowflakes strung on a stick". Here they, these "snowflakes". A large number of hairs of various length and the rigidity located under a different corner allows to paint over each eyelash from all directions. It also reaches volume-effect because each eyelash is thickened by composition of ink.
Besides, all these short moustaches of snowflakes well keep that amount of ink which is necessary for one coloring. The only shortcoming it is possible to call that the prokrashivaniye of the smallest eyelashes is a little complicated: very many ink gathers on a tip and to paint the lower eyelashes, it is necessary to get rid on a napkin of this surplus, it is not economical.
One layer
The producer promises the instant volume and rich color in one step. Let's try:
The thickening comes from roots to tips that gives them additional length, and not just volume.
The curl did not appear, but this ink also did not promise such effect. After all for curling-effect special curved sticks for ink are invented. But the curl can be made independently. For this purpose after painted over eyelashes, raise them a fingertip a little, be late for several seconds and carefully release a finger. If the formula of ink has good elasticity, it will hold a curl, at least not for long. By the way, this trick with Le Volume de Chanel turns out, I tried. Most likely, existence of two types of vosk in structure provides such elasticity of structure.
Two layers
Again we read information from Chanel where it is said that the volyumiziruyushchy effect amplifies with each repeated covering. I not really love several layers of ink. But I can sustain two layers. Therefore tried:
If to compare to one layer, then the difference is visible though I was not very accurate, probably (excuse for "spidery pads", they should not be if to paint more scrupulously). It turns out, the producer was absolutely honest, thanks for it. The only minus – I did not see luster which was promised. But, perhaps, eyelashes have to be more humidified, and at me dry.
All day
The working day came to an end. And, it was given at me quite active. In 6 hours ink was not showered, not smeared and the thickening effect remained. Color too bright. Within 6 hours did not update a covering. Great! Now we will look, how easily the product will be removed, put two layers.
Makeup removal
Not waterproof ink. Means, it can be removed easily with usual means for makeup removal and furthermore, oil. I tried to remove with usual water (I do not want to touch often mucous eyes)). Well was removed: at first just moistened with warm water of a fingertip and several times cleaned with them eyelashes. On fingers there was a wax weight dense kind of. Quite good result. I consider, it big advantage of any ink: if it remains a rack during the day, but during removal it is pliable and does not demand special means for removal of a make-up on an oil basis. Later washed away the remains usual means for water-based makeup removal until the wadded tampon remained white.
Result
I use this ink several days. It does not irritate eyes and does not bring. Eyelashes do not demand special leaving. In its structure vitamin C (Ascorbyl palmitate), vitamin E (Tocopherol), wax (synthetic bee and karnaubsky), paraffin, glycerin (Glyceryl stearate), stearin acid, gum of a Senegalese acacia – all this the good moisturizing and looking after ingredients, some quite exotic. A worthy product which it is pleasant to use and have at itself in a cosmetics bag.
