I would like to tell about one surprising to the Tibetan hormonal gymnastics about which I learned from the movie which you can watch at the end of article. This gymnastics was practiced by monks in one of the Tibetan monasteries. It takes only five minutes a day. The Tibetan hormonal gymnastics allows to support all endocrine glands which produce hormones, in a young state, at the age of about 25 - 30 years.

I began to do this gymnastics. And it very much was pleasant to me. Of course, so far there passed a little time as I do it. But after this gymnastics I feel fresh, vigorous, I receive a positive charge. And by the way, at me there took place noise in ears which disturbed me lately!

On a legend, the Tibetan hormonal gymnastics came to our country about 30 years ago. How did it get to us? In Soviet period our experts the power plant in the mountains of Tibet was under construction. Carrying out the power line, our repairmen saw the small monastery in mountains. They were sorry for these monks that they live without light, and they passed to them one branch. When monks saw what miracle to them came, they told: "We have no money. But we will present you long active life. We will give you what you will be able to appreciate only in about 20 years". Also showed this gymnastics. This gymnastics very easy. We do it directly in a bed. It is desirable to wake up till six in the morning.

Exercise 1. We pound hands.

Exercise 4. Face lifting.

Following exercise: we put a thumb for an ear, we squeeze hands in cams and we begin face lifting from a chin to ears, strongly pressuring the person. We do also 30 times. After this exercise you can feel rush of blood to the person and even to sweat a little. The face form is tightened, lymphatic outflow improves.

Exercise 5. Massage of a forehead.

We put the right palm on a forehead, left from above further and we begin the rubbing movements from a temple to a temple. It is possible not to touch by forehead hands, to do at distance several centimeters from the face. But if you want to smooth wrinkles on a forehead, then it is necessary to touch skin. We do also in 30 seconds of 30 movements. This exercise revitalizes all nasal bosoms and also speeds up work of a hypophysis.

Exercise 6. Massage of a darkness.

This exercise influences parietal area. We "fly" handles over the head. Under a neck we put the roller or we displace a pillow, we weave hands into a ring. The right hand from below, the left hand lays down from above. We begin to do the movement in several centimeters from the head from a forehead to a nape. We do 30 times. Then "we hang" over the top of the head and we do movements from one ear to another. Also 30 times. This exercise is very good for those who have high or low pressure. Pressure will return to normal. At this exercise the mobility of shoulder joints improves and also muscles of hands are pumped up. There pass shoulder pains and if you could not raise hands up earlier, then after a while you will be able easily to make it.

Exercise 7. Massage of a thyroid gland.

Following exercise: we put the right hand on a thyroid gland, we put the left hand from above. We begin to do the movement by the left hand from a thyroid gland to a navel at distance several centimeters from a trunk. So we do 30 movements. At the end we put the left hand on right and we are late in this state for several seconds.

Exercise 8. Massage of a stomach.

Then slowly we slip hands on a stomach, the following exercise: we do circular motions by hands on a stomach. Hands are put also: right below, putting from above. We do 30 times. At the same time passes chronic locks, activity of intestines is normalized.

Exercise 9. Stirring.

It is better to do the following exercise on a floor if you have not rather hard bed. I described such exercise in article "Exercise for Capillaries". Hands and legs we raise up, a palm and a foot are directed parallel to a floor. At first we rotate hands in wrists, and legs in ankle joints, then we do stirring. At the same time we improve blood circulation in capillaries. Also small power channels are cleaned. We count up to 30 (if there is an opportunity, then we do longer).

Exercise 10. Grinding of feet.

It is possible to do them at the same time, it is possible in turn at first one foot, then another. If feet dry, then grease them what - or oil, for example, olive. We do 30 seconds or longer.
