It is terrible to admit – before childbirth (that is up to 30 years) I never played any sports. In college diligently shirked physical culture to any sections never went. But after the delivery felt: time. The back was in a nikakushchy state and excess weight remained decent – 15 extra kilos.

Whether the yoga can help to lose weight? Yes and no.
No, because by means of only one yoga it is impossible to throw off excess kilograms. The activity this very quiet is also directed to the solution absolutely of other problems:
- increase in flexibility, extension;
- muscle work activization which are not involved in usual life;
- extension of a backbone;
- strengthening of muscles, but any not their inflating.

How can the yoga help with disposal of excess weight?


We reduce stress differently

First of all, the yoga is a disposal of a stress. And what most of people does in a condition of a stress? Correctly – has coffee with sugar and eats buns. In a condition of a stress of people in general often does not control itself – he ate and as if felt nothing and sits down to eat anew. Of course, people to whom because of nervous tension the piece in a throat does not climb, but their minority meet. The majority "releases a situation" by means of a campaign in a candy store – ate favourite cakes or a gentle praline from a box and it seems as felt better. Do you think, I an exception? Alas, no. And for me to eat sweet it means to calm down. And the yoga gives such calm not only without increasing calorie in your body, but also burning a little. It is a little – because it is not run and not a step, but quiet exercises on an extension, couple of suriya and a little bit a level. But all this works – sincere music, exercises promote that the stiffness of muscles leaves (and personally I have in a vorotnikovy zone a spasm), stress is reduced.

I always come on yoga one person, and I leave another. Also I am not tired to remind myself of it. After morning vanity of gatherings of the child and the husband in school and there is no wish to go to work anywhere. It is more than desire to sit in silence and "to look down in the Internet". But I remind myself what quiet and weakened I will go outside after yoga, under the year-round sun and I gather and I go. And tomorrow I will go too.

And food in days of yoga always turns out more correct. Since morning of fried omelet you do not sing because at 9 in the morning yoga. I eat a little bit natural cottage cheese and I go to do asanas. After yoga we are often filled up with girls on coffee. Total the breakfast at me turns out easy, then at once a lunch. It is always pleasant to miss a lunch))

You know, I in ours group one of three fullest ladies. Besides that weight of my 75 kg. All other harmonious as birches though almost all have children, and at many on two.

Of course, looking at them, you can last somehow. Just because it is pleasant to look at them – such tightened and beautiful. They do not keep to diets – just try to eat properly. After yoga they often discuss how to prepare useful yum-yum. So, for example, I learned to cook useful truffles – from the crushed dates, cocoa butter and cocoa of powder. We mix everything and we put in the refrigerator. The taste is excellent, any Eshek and do not eat much – taste of dark chocolate. And, above all – any sugar. Having come into one of groups on healthy food, I once again reminded myself that the unhealthy thirst for sweet when you think of chocolate (every day, several times a day) is not only a stress.
