Thus, unfortunately, that in our family there are diabetes cases, so and at me the predisposition exists, I repent - well there is no strong wish to limit itself in sweet. Even fruit and those I love sweet … I of course eat dark chocolate also in much smaller quantity, than dairy, but for some reason my organism well does not want it to consider for a portion of yum-yum in any way and all the same demands some candy … From here and excess weight.

On one of medical examinations which is carried out at us at the enterprise I was "pleased" that it is time to watch glucose level in blood. My indicators were close to the top mark, i.e. already literally "on border" between the normal and increased level.

But as I in respect of tracking health at all not disciplined person moreover that "the ostrich hiding the head in sand", about recommendations I of course did not forget, but safely sygnorirovat …

Click, makhonky sting of a komarik (I will even tell more: the sting of a notorious komarik for me is more sick, than the puncture lantsety) and already a droplet of blood begins to appear from a makhonky wound.


For this photo I did measurement in lunch time. To be exact - after a lunch since only the little sister can make a normal photo, and we are with her exactly during the lunchtime and together. Therefore also the result is higher, than to food.


Besides, judging by the instruction if is not present on the screen of smilies and, then the result belongs to core. Let not to the "gold" middle, but at least also does not worsen (the ostrich in the head whispered...).
