Essential oils which helped in recent time

I use an aromatherapy already for a long time, during the different periods what most of all I need, in their aromas or influence become favourite oils.
I will not tell about the most running essential oils, somehow a tea tree, orange or a lavender, these oils use already practically everything or at least know about them and their action. I will tell about four bottles which recently at me most of all in the course.

Fennel and mint

At oil of fennel there are a lot of effects: removal of inflammations, normalization of a hormonal background, this oil antidote of nicotine and alcohol, but I applied it successfully to inhalations at cough. And it is very effective. On a half of tsp of soda 2 drops of oil and boiled water in any capacity, suitable for inhalations. To inhale a mouth. Very well softens cough which somehow imperceptibly soon comes to naught. At oil very bright sweetish aroma similar to a smell and taste of syrup for cough Pertussin.

I apply essential oil of mint when there is a wish more indifference. It reduces degree of emotions, tension and adds confidence. Oil is considered women's and restoring power. The aroma is bright, easy and cool.

Carnation and incense

The essential oil of an incense calming and weakening helps to sleep more deeply, gives feeling of rest. Besides, it is considered the oil capable to bring an endocrine system into balance, it can be applied on area of a thyroid gland, to beginners only in the diluted look. I love this oil, I have it almost always. Has warm resinous aroma.

At essential oil of a carnation aroma dense heavy, quite peculiar. And though it has a good impact on the emotional sphere too, it finds ordinarier application for me. As this aroma well frightens off insects – flies, ants, ave. mosquitoes, I use it as a natural repellent and I process them regiments in kitchen where grain is stored. I drip several drops on a wadded disk and I wipe regiments that on them bugs and other living creatures did not lodge.

By means of carnation oil I successfully got rid of bugs wood borers which brought home from a holiday, having bought in shop a saltcellar and a support from a coco. Well I will also tell, of course, that good quality essential oil in drugstore cannot be bought and it cannot cost 100-200 rubles. There are very expensive essential oils which can be applied even inside, is an average segment, they only for an aromatherapy, are cheap with low-quality solvents. I choose the second option, I have usually oils of brands Primavera Layf, Aromashka, from Marislavna now.

Cheap essential oils cannot be clean, in such oils there are a lot of thinners and the effect of application considerably decreases. The polluted and low-quality EM is at least useless, at worst can do harm in the form of deterioration in health. A price more depends on that what oil, for example a citrus to receive the easiest, they also cost cheaper, and for example, quality oil of a rose well cannot cost even 1000 rubles in any way.
