Here also ended, to my huge regret, our Spring marathon of Beauty. On the one hand - pleases that I became closer to goals and tasks, and with another - very much it is heavy to continue to care without marathon and otchetik for himself with the same regularity and discipline

Unfortunately during a marathon it was necessary to refuse this purpose at once, having transformed it only to care of a body. The available cares and problems did not promote pokhudatelny process or restrictions of - darling in something. But!!! "Comfortable" hospital conditions and also lack of working hassle for this month suddenly very much helped: I considerably reduced the absorbed portions in food and also having a snack cookies and chocolates disappeared. And in the evening at the TV the hand does not reach for candy any more, and with pleasure squeezes an apple or pear. Weighing in an office of the endocrinologist became deification:-4 kg during a marathon!!!

Morning exercises in hospital especially not to work, but houses sometimes it was possible. Vodopitiye did not reach 2 liters, but its consumption significantly increased. Very much I hope that it became at me already a habit and only the quantity of milliliters will increase.

The following means helped with care of a body: Chocolate wrapping from Natures Provence, the Body scrub and a milk of the Dolce Milk series from Letual, the Oat milk from Ivroshe. All means were pleasant to me and were to the taste to my skin.

Purpose in face care:
pure leather, reduction of black points and undesirable "upstarts". Reduction of depth of mimic wrinkles, type of "goose pads" in the eyes. The saturated, moistened, shining face skin.

Moreover: during a marathon got at last purposeful means for fight against a couperosis: Teana brand Antikuperoz serum. Despite the same adverse conditions that are stated above, face skin and lips are not shelled and it does not zhirnitsya. Masochka and regularity very much helped with it!!! their applications. Even in hospital I could quietly, without frightening sopalatnitsa, to continue their application.
