We take a bath and a shower with pleasure

I very much like to take a bath and a shower. Even I do not know that it is more. In the summer, I cannot do without the contrast refreshing shower, in the winter in any way – a heat relaxing bath. And, for every season at me the recipe. Very much I want to share with it with you.

I very much like natural products for a shower and for a bathtub, and sometimes I do them. And easily it is possible to make natural shower gels. It will not demand a lot of time, and advantage – essential.

Shower gel

For example, I very much like the moisturizing gel which can be prepared in house conditions.
For preparation it will be required:


- olive oil – 100 ml;
- honey – 2 h a spoon;
- essential oil of a lavender;
- wheat germ oil.

We mix all components, we apply to moist skin, but we do not hurry to wash away, let at least 5-7 minutes such gel will stay on skin.
Well for the gel prepared in house conditions to add various herbs: mint, linden, St. John's wort, train, camomile. It is also very good to use natural oils: avocado, apricot, peach, grape seeds.

Body scrubs

Very much I love srubs. Especially salt, with sea salt. For example, I like such recipe:

- olive oil – 50 ml;
- sea salt – 6 tablespoons;
- essential oil of orange – 5 - 6 drops.

We stir evenly and we apply to skin. These fine belongings perfectly will help not only to purify skin, but also actively help with fight against cellulitis.

Still it is possible to make such srubs:
- a salt srub, on the basis of coffee;
- honey and salt srub;
- a srub on the basis of sour cream and sea salt;
- a srub with soda and olive oil.

Bombs for a bathtub

Such remarkable bombs, my daughter very much loves though they hiss, are quickly dissolved, but she is crazy about them. Too it is easy to prepare them in house conditions. And, from the most plain ingredients:
It to be necessary for preparation:

- soda;
- citric acid;
- sea-buckthorn oil;
- salt, it is possible to use usual food;
- essential oil of a pine or fir (it is possible to use practically any: lavenders, mints, melissa.);
- powdered milk.

It is also possible to add dry herbs: linden, camomile, lavender.

We mix among themselves all components. The most important that was not lumps. It is possible to add gradually water to create a ball.




Of course, here the most important and that it seemed to me, the most difficult – to give the necessary form to future hissing ball. Therefore it is possible to squeeze or use molds slightly. Not necessarily special, it can be usual children's forms, for example, for a sandbox.

When the ball is created, it needs to be put in the dry place for day.



Now at us in the region very hot. Today temperature reached +37. During such heat I like to use the refreshing shower gel on the basis of mint and green tea. It is still good to use essential oil of an eucalyptus. I just add several drops to usual shower gel and I use with pleasure!
