I sum up the results of the marathon running for 7 weeks. As the laptop was not fixed yet and as from the tablet to put the reference to the first post I do not know, I will load a screen.


So, purpose first in face care to reduce wrinkles around eyes and lips.

The second purpose was to improve color and a condition of face skin, neck, a decollete. It has to be visible one photo above. I consider, what became better, except for a forehead, such pimple with which all last week struggled came off there, and all the same traces remained. Decided that it is reaction of skin to a mask with spark fat.
IR, easy applied to the person serum serum vezhetal, does not give gloss, and the effect is felt. Still extract of goji berries, aloe gel, peptides for rejuvenation of a face form of DNC.



All these means pleased.

It did not turn out to use fruit DNC acids, there were no two cloudy days just in a row, will leave till winter. When the frost for 35 was, applied Batter Argand of DNC. Only thanks to it cheeks were not shelled because of a frost.

Purpose six is care of lips. All marathon applied balm with IR macadamia, but after all it is pleasant to me with the carriage of the same firm more, softens better. This week I use it, lips soft. Sometimes did honey masks.

Care of hair was the second direction of a marathon.

The first purpose - to get rid of dandruff. It turned out half, became less, but at all did not disappear. Is what to work on.


Purpose two - to continue fight against a hair loss. Yes, in much less morning on a hairbrush of the dropped-out hair remains.

Purpose three - well-groomed, healthy, brilliant hair. The spinning marathons gave much in respect of care of hair therefore the head of hear looked good also to a spring marathon. Supported a state by masks tar, pepper from Fitokosmetik, argon oil. The concentrate for simplification of combing of hair of DNC, brilliant, friable, live hair after it became opening for me. Shampoos used from Yves Rocher with a lupine, for gloss with a calendula (balm same), this week lime. Bad I will not tell about them, but I still in search of the ideal shampoo.





Here so my hair on how many grew up after a hairstyle look, I do not know as such did not set the purpose, and did not measure. Regularly did massage of the head. Spent on drink the course "Ayevita" as speak useful both for hair and for skin.
