The Olympic champion died on 77 m to year of life, the heart attack became a cause of death of Aleksand Georgiyevich.
It is reported that in the evening on November 16 Gorshkov was hospitalized with signs of a preunconscious state.
The ambulance which arrived on a call took Gorshkov to hospital with a sharp myocardial infarction then it got to resuscitation.
Unfortunately, physicians could not save life to Alexander Gorshkov.
In far 70th years Alexander Gorshkov with the partner and in combination the spouse Lyudmila Pakhomova entered the Hall of Fame of world figure skating, having organized the real revolution in ice dance.
