Eight seconds of violation of a quarantine cost the man three and a half thousand dollars

The migrant worker who arrived from Philippines violated rules of isolation and was fined in Taiwan hundred thousand Taiwan dollars (in terms of currency of the USA it is about three and a half thousand dollars). At the same time duration of the violation made by it was only eight seconds! During its stay on a quarantine in the city of Kaohsiung the surveillance camera mounted in a corridor of hotel recorded that the violator literally for several seconds left the number. The staff of hotel at once transferred this information to the local Ministry of Health, and as a result to the man so solid penalty was written out. And wondering concerning the size of this penalty representatives of the Ministry explained to all that in Taiwan according to the established rules of a quarantine to citizens it is strictly forbidden to leave hotel even only for several moments!
