Lush will close a third of shops in the territory of Russia and will dismiss nearly a half of employees

Well-known much the cosmetic network Lush will close seventeen of forty eight shops operating in the territory of Russia in the nearest future and also will dismiss two hundred employees from five hundred. So unfavourable decision was announced by Dmitry Azarov owning network of the Russian shops of a popular British brand. It was accepted after on the tenth of March representatives of head office of Lush openly declared the intention to suspend deliveries of the products to Russia. Dmitry Azarov already counted that the stocks of products of Lush which are available nowadays have to be enough no more, than for three months. And in case during this time there is no renewal of deliveries, it will be possible to talk about the end of business safely. The Russian network Lush successfully functioned in the country since 2001: 65% of the Russian company belong to Dmitry Azarov, and the remained 35% - British Lush. Nevertheless, the businessman noted that for preservation of the Russian business the company without fail will consider all options possible at this conjuncture, including both start of own production, and replacement of the range of the sold products or even work with other brands.
