It is possible to look fashionably and stylish, at the same time to protect the skin from problems.


The hat and sunglasses are and it is so clear, all use them. Without points I will not leave the house! The sun will stick together and burns...

Few years ago I opened for myself new protection against the sun (and the problems of skin connected with radiation)---blouses with SPF 40 and 50.
Now I buy them constantly to myself and children. Fabric wears out and it is necessary to update them annually. But it it does not matter! It would be worse not to know about them and to subject the skin (and health) to risk.
Blouses are quite budgetary. But protection against them---as is declared! I checked repeatedly!
Any cream does not protect as fabric with the UV filter.
On a photo my new blouse from Mistral with a long sleeve.
And other new blouse from GUL. Sleeves to an elbow. Fabric more pleasant at Gul.

I cover open parts of the body with creams with SPF.
My choice---Mineral filters. Oxide of zinc protects from all range of beams, even from radiation from the computer (blue light).
It is the safe and stable filter, kind of it was abused for white color.
Modern technologies allow to make filters of such quality that do not bleach skin (microionization).

I use Pipette only for a body, on a face it is fat.
And it is city favourites.
The first and the best---Dr. Dennis Gross. The Ordinary and The Inkey list are of a lower quality. And the Korean Some by mi told lies about protection level, but did not bring with calm of skin from irritation and a stress.

After stay in the sun, I prefer very gentle and almost natural gel with an aloe belief from Holland & Barrett.
Successful formula, budgetary price.
There is a structure. In it aloe juice, water and thickener.
Gel on dry skin of a hand.
Distributed gel, it was absorbed, moisturized the skin and leveled its relief.

The aloe plant belief from antiquity is applied to care of face skin and a body. Juice and pulp of an aloe the belief is rich with polysaccharides, amino acids and vitamins. The aloe helps to protect skin from an oxidative stress, softens and humidifies. And also, helps skin to hold moisture. Gel with an aloe creates an invisible protective film on the surface of skin which disappears when washing.
Gel with an aloe can be applied at once, and it is possible to mix with milk / body cream for obtaining more nutritious texture.

This is my unconditional favourite in hot day.

It is easy and convenient to legs to run and drive the car in sandals from Karrimor. It is my favourite summer footwear already the third season. Sandals from fabric. Do not rub, easy and even graceful, despite a practical and steady sole.

And absolutely beach option---slates from Aerosoft. Darlings, years 20. I buy only this brand when the next couple wears out.

In the summer I prefer convenience and comfort, to the maximum.
With these means it is easier to worry hot summer!
