I began to do a chemical peeling recently, since September of last year. Before used only a srub with abrasive particles. A year ago began to study actively effect of acids on skin and decided to enter this type of leaving into the mode. Began with the glycoleft tonic several times a week in the evenings. It it seemed to me rather what - that time. Then skin got used. I entered the glycoleft masks on Saturdays, in addition to basic care, And so there passed a little time, leaving was pleasant to me---the condition of skin after a peeling was pleasant. It became soft and gentle, got a uniform shade.
Skin at me combined, age. Dry cheeks, there is a small couperosis. I preserve these sites against influence of acids not to aggravate a state. On the contrary, I try to humidify and saturate in addition. Now I carry out treatment of a couperosis by means of azelainovy acid in combination with gialuronovy.
Zone T at me in the summer fat, a time is expanded, is easily hammered. There is an undesirable pigmentation on face skin and a decollete. Therefore I lack one srub, I use acids all the year round. At the same time I protect skin from the sun in all ways what are only possible.
If I cease to use acids during the summer period (and the summer at us lasts 6 months in a year), it will reject me far back in respect of the mode on leaving which I developed for the last year.
Acids not only peel the upper layer of the skin and remove dead cages from its surface. Not only clarify pigmentation and level the general tone of skin, fight against black points. But also help other, active ingredients to get through a horn layer of skin much easier and more successfully.

About 2 times a week I carry out the house chemical peeling by means of simple, available, budgetary funds.
Main thing not the cost of means, but their structures and active ingredients.
I clean with micellar water a make-up from a face and a neck. Now it is the gift version from Nuxe. I do not use micellar water if on a face there is no make-up.
Then I pass to washing. I use means with the soft Surfactants which are not irritating the skin. Gel from Cien suits me in this plan. Skin is not overdried, washes away pollution and the remains of a make-up perfectly, pleasantly smells.
Follows an easy srub from Cien with small abrasive particles. It helps to clean pores and to remove the remains of day care from face skin. On a neck and a decollete I do not use this srub before a peeling (I have enough body scrub which 2 times a week use in soul). On dry sites of the person with a couperosis I do without srub too.

Gel for washing of New Skin Glycolic from Beauty formulas is my recent acquisition. Means, the price interested very budgetary. I like to try that - that brand new in leaving. It is gel for washing with the content of the glycoleft, dairy and salicylic acids. The percent is not specified, rn too.

Here so it looks - transparent, ropish. Has very pleasant and easy fragrance.

In structure there is Sodium Laureth sulfate. Soft surfactants follow. Does not contain aggressive preservatives! For me it is huge plus.
I use gel here so:
After a srub (which does not injure skin absolutely) I apply this gel on zone T with slight circular motions and I leave for a couple of minutes to work. Burning or pricking on skin it does not cause. Can seem that gel is useless, time is not felt. But it works. After washing skin soft, gentle. It is ready for the following step.
Those who know that I do not use sulphatic means can be surprised with my choice. But gel has pluses: it prepares skin for the process of a peeling, has the large volume and the budgetary price, when using 2 times a week do not cause negative consequences for skin, it is pleasant to use it.


Now---heroes of my story: the glycoleft tonic and serum with salicylic acid from The Ordinary.
Tonic has rn 3.6. Serum too. Tonic the content of 7% of the glycoleft acid, serum from 2% salicylic acid.
I apply tonic by means of a wadded disk to face skin, necks and a decollete. In process of drying, it begins to work at skin. There is a burning, discomfort... Extremely unpleasant feelings which need to be endured. Passes minutes 15 and feelings begin to decline. Then I apply serum from above on tonic, but only on zone T, especially on a forehead and a nose where a time is expanded and quickly become soiled. Salicylic acid fights against black points and dries inflammations, pimples. There is no burning as from glycoleft, there is an easy pricking.
Serum without color and a smell, liquid gel on texture. The cost and an expense super - economic.
I leave tonic and serum on a face to full a discomfort ischeznovniya. It can be half an hour or hour, depends on my household chores.
It is not necessary to wash away them. But in the summer they disturb me - there is a stickiness on a face because of hot climate and humidity. Therefore accurately I wash away warmish spring water (or boiled).

The peeling on it is not finished, it a part of evening leaving therefore I will show that I use then.
Retinolum in my leaving on a constant basis, I do not do without it. I change means, I try novelties, I choose the best of them for repeated purchases.
Now I use serum with the encapsulated Retistar Retinolum from Garden of Wisdom. Serum has low rn (3.5) therefore I use it after an acid peeling. Otherwise it is very difficult to find for it application, it will not work at a normal rn. Structure on a photo: it is laconic that very much is pleasant to me, nothing superfluous. Similar structures now in fashion, the leading cosmetologists and bloggers prefer means with laconic structures where 1-2 active ingredients and 2-3 auxiliary. So they work better.
Serum water, but does not flow as water. 2 pressing the batcher give me necessary quantity of means. On skin serum does not bake, causes only easy minute pricking. I allow it to be absorbed, it does not leave either stickiness, or fat. Then I apply serum with vitamin C from Advanced Clinicals. It rn about 4 as I was told on the website of the producer. So, it is perfectly combined with other means used to it. In structure has acids which will continue process of a peeling all night long.

Both water serums vpityvptsya without the rest, do not leave stickiness, but also do not give any moistening to skin. I leave their some time to work, then I block mix from 2 oil serums: Ascorbic acid + arbutin and Ferulovaya acid + resveratrol from The Ordinary. Both serums without water, on consistence as liquid oil. There is enough couple of drops of each of them to mix in a palm and quickly to put on a face, a neck, a decollete and the outer side of palms.
Ascorbic acid and arbutin clarify pigmentatsyu, resveratrol and ferulovy - antioxidants, hold ascorbic acid of stable and strengthen its action by 4 times.
Feelings on skin - comfort, moistening, any unpleasant moments.
Thanks to a peeling acids, active agents of serums get more deeply and work stronger.

Both serums only night, they are afraid of light.

Also the moisturizing cream finishes the procedure. It can be any, most plain cream, but rich moistening with substances. It is ideal to use after a peeling cream from tseramida (which I bought recently, but did not open so far).
But... I have a favourite: the bleaching moisturizing cream from Petal Fresh. In structure has the mass of useful substances. Among assets---kodzhikovy acid in combination with palmitovy, a stable form, in a large number. Gradually clarifies skin, more than 8 weeks of continuous use are required to see the first changes. This cream combines a peeling, food, anti-age leaving and fight against free radicals.
It is easy pleasant, moderately fat, but not dense and does not hammer a time. Especially it is loved by my neck where skin is thinner also to the land, than on a face. On a photo structure for those who are interested.


I want to note an important detail by all means: I do not apply a peeling on skin around eyes. But I apply on skin of palms from above. Everything that I put on a face, in the same way I apply on the outer side of palms.
All night serums from other mode of leaving too.

If you use means with acids, observe the sequence, consider level rn and do not mix with peptides of copper and neurotransmission peptides (like an argirelin). I do not advise to mix also with niatsinamidy.

The chemical peeling in house conditions is quite real and feasible. I cannot compare to saloon option, I have no such experience.
My peeling does not cause peeling, irritation of redness, inflammation. For the morning skin looks fresh, well rested even if I slept a little.
