I conduct care of feet of the legs constantly, irrespective of season. Since young years I have a problem - skin of feet quickly grows coarse. There are no callosities, fortunately. I love comfortable footwear and I will not put for anything narrow, firm and uncomfortable whatever beautiful it seemed.
To a pedicure I do not go to salon. I do itself, as often as it is demanded by my legs. The only thing, - I do not paint nails. Therefore you will not see process of putting varnish in my posts. Painted earlier, but badly transferred a smell and therefore ceased.
For a pedicure I have no tools. And just there is a usual piece of pumice which I often change. There are manicure nozhnichka and a nail file. Bigger it is not necessary for me. Videla on sale sets for a manicure / pedicure. But I am not able to use them and I will hardly learn.
That for me the most important is ukhodovy means! Creams! They are capable to do miracles if are picked competently up. Or not to do nothing is absolute if to buy them at random or because on them it is written: Foot cream.

Creams are different! In the post I will show the favourites and I will explain why I chose them.

On the top photo I collected all neobkhodmy for the procedure. And all the foot creams together. But I use not all at once. :-)

First of all I pour hot water in a basin. Also I add soap means. Now I very much like gel for washing from Beauty Formulas Glycolic. Yes, it is face gel! But it has as a part of acid ANA which soften rough skin of feet. This means is much more effective than usual liquid soap.
What can be made if you have more time? To apply gel directly on feet and to take several minutes. And then to lower in a basin with water.


It gives foam not big, but resistant. Legs feel pleasant heat and relaxation. At gel very pleasant fragrance.

The structure is on a photo. It is sulphatic gel. Has the glycoleft, dairy and salicylic acids which peel dead cages from the surface of skin in the list.

The tray for legs lasts so much how many it is necessary for softening of rough skin of feet. Usually, water will not cool down yet. Minutes 10, probably.

The first - cream from the Italian EveryRays brand. Is on sale in drugstore, does not treat organic chemistry.

I apply cream and I do not get up, otherwise it is possible to fall. All foot creams are long absorbed and slide if to rise and go at once. But next morning skin smooth and gentle.

The second tube is bought and lies in a case. It is spent economically!
The structure is registered as I love: with % the maintenance of assets and level rn.
Urea of 10%, glycerin of 3%, shea butter of 2%, lactic acid of 0.90%, allantoin 0.50%, vitamin E of 0.25%.
rn cream 4. It is sour rn, so, cream well peels skin, helping it to be updated.

To use cream very pleasantly! It is gentle, not fat, with an easy fragrance (not luscious and not sweet) It is the first cream in my life made professionally and in due form: moistening and peeling.
I had organic chemistry creams, pharmaceutical, network marketing, but any did not cause delight as this.

In winter time skin of all body wants additional moistening. In this case I have Body Butter. In the spring this dense body cream from the Tree Hut brand was bought. It is cream with oils shi, safflorovy, argon, cocoa. It is quite dense, does not flow. On texture reminds silk touch, very gentle. The fragrance of the Moroccan rose finishes composition. On a jar it is written that all products of the Tree Hut brand smell so well that it wants to be eaten. This is true! The aroma of cream saves me from a depression. Exact hit! My recent purchase: cream for rough skin of feet, from natoptyshy and callosities from the professional Advanced Clinicals brand. On packing a mark: for salon professionals.
Huge tuba of 237 ml (it is the largest volume of foot cream what I met on sale).
Bought it rather out of curiosity and also from greed: very attractive price for such volume. To me all is not enough, there is a wish for the newcomer... Well, there are weakness moments.

I rubbed feet pumice, could not make a photo: my phone refused to turn on. Pumice is pleasant to me more, than graters. It is a natural stone, on "elafropetra" (an easy stone) Greek is called.

Here so my new foot cream looks: dense, white, slightly zhirnovat. It the most dense of all others.
In structure has mineral oil. Usually I do not buy means with mineral oil. But here made an exception. Skin standing loses a lot of moisture in the summer because of evaporation from the surface of skin. In open footwear she suffers more. Mineral oil helps to hold moisture from evaporation for 70% within 2 hours. Vegetable - for 35%, half it is less.
As a part of cream there is a lactic acid, hope that it is more than 1% as it is high on the list. Urea also high on the list, I think that about 5%. Is available skvalen (the excellent humidifier getting deeply), tseramid 2, enzymes of a papaya (peel), almond and jojoba of oil, extracts of tea and a camomile, menthol. Cream smells of menthol, very unostentatiously.

I cause a small amount of cream and I mass feet. It does not hurry to be absorbed, of course. I give it time.
It is ideal to apply such dense cream before going to bed or to put on socks.

Despite a heat, cream not fat also does not flow, does not thaw. It envelops skin of legs, softens and creates comfort and pleasure.

My favourite slates from Ipanema - I carry the third season, only at home. Very convenient, but the sole became shabby - turquoise paint is erased gradually in places of friction from toes.
Everything, legs are ready! The pedicure is ended. I do not cut off a cuticle, I remove from nails only a little.
