Thierry Vasser the first and the only perfumer Doma of Guerlain who is not carrying a surname of creators of a brand. But professionalism, talent and skill of the Swiss naslko are obvious that Jean Paul Guerlain devoted it in all details of perfumery heritage of a brand and even extremely the confidential "book of formulas" which in family was transferred from generation to generation. Vasser really creates rare, unique aromas; the Le Bolshoi line devoted to the Bolshoi Theatre — his pride.
The first aroma of Le Bolshoi appeared in 2011 and was dated for opening of the historical building of the Bolshoi Theatre after reconstruction. A year later La Traviata bottle with a scarlet cameo appeared. Inside dusty and smoky perfumery vision of the opera of Giuseppe Verdi with notes of a bitter orange, bergamot and petitgreyn was hidden. In 2014 the season of the Bolshoi Theatre opened the business card of the Russian ballet — the performance "Swan Lake". The house of Guerlain did not keep itself waiting and presented to the Russian admirers gentle aroma of Black Swan.
This season for the Bolshoi Theatre anniversary, the 240th, also opens it the opera Carmen. For the first time she was put in 1875 in Paris and in 2015 celebrates the 140 anniversary. In honor of so loud date Vasser created the limited aroma of Carmen Le Bolshoi which central notes became a jasmine, a cedar, citruses, red berries and musk. Bright and impudent, it will reflect free and rebellious nature of Carmen — the beautiful, strong, charming woman who more than once is so passionately played by Maya Plisetskaya on the stage of the Bolshoi Theatre. On October 1 the aroma will appear in Central Department Store and DLT, on December 1 — in the chosen corners of Guerlain. It will be possible to get it at the price of 22,000 rubles.
