People sincerely believed in existence of sirens. Christopher Columbus, the pioneer of America, was sure that on his way sirens met about what the corresponding entry in the logbook was made. Later scientists discredited this delusion of the great seafarer. There is Columbus and his team took for a siren of a manatee – a water mammal a little similar to a Sea Lady.

Even it is strange that in the perfumery world still there was no aroma devoted to sirens. Sirens is a fertile subject for perfumery creativity, such scope of imagination opens during creation of composition of aroma and at design of a bottle, and as it is possible to be developed, thinking out the advertizing concept … Paris Hilton got down to business. However, she was rather inspired by modern Disney's animated film "Little Mermaid", than ancient legends.



The advertizing campaign of aroma of Siren turned out very effective. On Paris Hilton's posters appears in an image of a fine siren: the gold scaly tail, a long blond hair cover a naked breast. The image of a siren is present also at a bottle in the form of an elegant pendant, and at packing. In design of a bottle the seductress's silhouette with a fish tail is easily guessed.

Paris Hilton on creation of aroma of Can Can was inspired by Moulin Rouge - that musical movie by the director Baz Luhrmann with Nicole Kidman and Euan McGregor in leading roles.

The cabaret is the atmosphere of an eternal holiday. Music, dances, fun. Paris Hilton tried to embody this special mood in aroma. In advertizing of Can Can perfume Paris tried on on herself a role of the dancer of cabaret: its image in the scarlet magnificent skirt trimmed with feathers flaunts on packing of aroma. I happened to see the dancing Paris Hilton at one of parties during her visit to Moscow. It is forced to recognize that dances – not so its elements. It is difficult to perform Paris Hilton somewhere in Paris on stage of cabaret, in dance dashingly the lifting-up magnificent skirt and which is playfully wagging in a music step with the leg tightened in a mesh stocking. Nevertheless, Can Can quite successfully is on sale.
