In the mornings it is better to use not its sour form.

Still the good choice---niatsinamid. It is stable vitamin of group B, water-soluble. It is harmed by neither light, nor oxygen.
The main thing, do not use several means in one leaving with niatsinamidy---if its concentration is higher than 10%, it can begin to irritate the skin.
Other ingredients for basic leaving: peptides of all types, gialuronka, resveratrol, Backuchiol.

Choose from them what you consider necessary for the skin.
All the rest---various extracts and extracts, fantastic and nonexistent ingredients, is a nonsense and they give nothing to skin.

In basic leaving it is recommended to combine no more than 3 serums at the same time: up to 3 serums in the mornings and to 3 in the evenings.
For example: vitamin C, peptides and DMAE or EUK 134 *
Other example: niatsinamid, peptides (with a gialuronka) and resveratrol.

And evening option: retinoid, peptides, Backuchiol.

The moisturizing creams are different: gel, easy cream and heavy cream with high content of oils.
Light textures are suitable for oily and normal skin and also as summer option all-type skin. They are not felt on skin, give a transparent covering and even keep skin of opaque.
The French drugstore offers us a wide choice of anti-aging creams and simply moistening, basic,---for any age.
My favourite on this photo: Avene Istheal. I consider it one of the best creams in the world market of cosmetics today. It has a successful working formula and pleasant texture.

Those who prefer creams of the Russian producers have a wide choice of means. But it and minus at the same time... As it is easy to become puzzled if you do not know what specifically to look for.
And it is necessary to look for concrete assets, it is less than harmful chemistry and fragrances.
It is worth to remember also that very often the organic chemistry can clash with other leaving, for the reasons unknown to me. The most natural cream can is banal to roll down on super - working serum or unclear burning will begin during drawing. At me so was once.
It is good to use day cream with SPF protection. If it is absent, then SPF is put in addition from above.
Now there is a huge choice of sunblock creams / fluids with mineral filters which do not bleach skin, and even look after it.

Night cream. It is quite difficult choice too.
At night skin is restored while we sleep therefore I consider night care the main thing. And it is worth approaching the choice of ukhodovy means more seriously.
My opinion---do not buy accidental creams only from - for actions in shop. Study structure (Google in the help) and decide on a brand.
Evening assets are retinoida! Gold standard of anti-aging care.
For women is younger---peptides and antioxidants.

I have the combined skin, in the summer fat zone T, in the winter normal with dry cheeks.
In youth was fat completely, both in the summer, and in the winter. I overdried it and it was even shelled... I covered problems tone and did not pay special attention.
Now I do not use tone, I simply do not have it.
I have BB a fluid, but I use not every day.

On a photo you see the means checked by time. They are effective and do not cost transcendental money. I can safely recommend each of them!

Gel for washing, blue, from Avene Cleanance. Does not dry skin, but at the same time well cleans. In white packing do not take, other, more aggressive formula, for young skin there.

Acid mask from Korres. It is the only mask, from all that I tried with acids which works and at the same time it is even pleasant to use it. Does not dry! Contains 10% of the glycoleft acid, has charming aroma and pleasant cream texture.
Once a week is a fine rhythm of its use.
Day care:


Serum with vitamin C, not sour. At present at me Giovanni, is organic chemistry with Iherb. Easy, not sticky, large volume and budgetary price.

I alternate to Ascorbyl Glucoside from The Ordinary. My favourite forever! (Sometimes it is not absolutely convenient to order it therefore I alternate to others).

The moisturizing cream from The Ordinary---the favourite from favourites! It only at a brand, so, universal all-type skin and all age, for men and women, teenagers and mature skin. Its formula is picked successfully up and approaches all serums of a brand---only after acids it is recommended to put it not at once.
And if you lack its moistening properties, just add oil! Or atop, or mix in a palm.
For day application its moistening properties quite are enough for me, besides it leaves skin opaque, but not dry. Unique structure: amino acids, skvalan, urea---all necessary and anything superfluous.
The price---byudzhetny does not happen! About 6 euros for 100 ml.

Cream with SPF 50 from the Korean Some by mi Truecica brand. Having for the first time tried it last summer, I could not keep and bought 2 more tubes for emergency. Cream is not noticeable on skin, does not bleach, does not zhirnit, calms sensitive skin, effectively protects in city conditions, but not on the beach. It is its minus.
For the rest, it is my favourite for all seasons.

I put all means which are listed above also under eyes,---they do not irritate mucous.

Evening leaving:

Vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid. It is sour serum, my preference is given to Garden of wisdom. 23% of Pure ascorbic acid, plus ferulovy for stabilization ascorbic.
The unique formula which is not irritating the skin. Tight bottle. I store in the refrigerator - so vitamin C remains better.
It is necessary to use quickly - within 3 months.
I put 3 times a week, it is impossible for a thicket.

I alternate with retinoidy.
In winter time I prefer creams, but not serums with retinoidy. Skin lacks moistening.
My favourite of basic leaving---A-Oxitive Avene cream (in Russia it is Istheal intense) with retinaldegidy and peptides. Does not irritate the skin! Does not cause negative reaction at all.
Retinovy acid is the only, proved anti-aging ingredient used by generations of women (and men) all countries of the world.
It works at all directions at once: updating, clarification, peeling, reduction of depth of wrinkles, skin consolidation from within.

Opening of this fall---night cream from Vichy Liftactive supreme.
Having read several responses, it became curious to me to try this cream. I do not love Vichy because of change of formulas for the worse, addition of alcohol in anti-aging means.
But this cream, only, does not contain alcohol.
And the maintenance of a ramnoza offers us 5%---, vegetable saccharite which in this dosage is capable to increase elasticity of skin and to slow down its aging. It is development of L'Oreal concern, the patent proved by clinical experiences.
Feelings from use of cream at me the most pleasant---it perfectly humidifies, pleasantly smells, has thermal water in a basis. Skin feels perfectly!
Does not clash with other leaving, with favourite other creams and serums---I checked a set. The hand reaches for it, it wants to be used.
Gave odds to the night cream from Filorga which is twice more expensive.


I too by all means use cream for a century in basic leaving.
It is difficult to me to pick up leaving for a century because too sensitive eyes, many creams cause irritation.
Cream from the Korean Purito brand suited me. It is Green level eye cream with pure structure, but also with the content of technologies, as I love all.))) Extract of a tsentella Asian and its derivatives and also Matriksil peptides. Cream humidifies, but leaves skin opaque, not fat. Cosmetics does not float.
Time filler Filorga cream is my constant purchase for pointed use around eyes, around lips and on mimic wrinkles of a forehead. Contains Syn-ake peptide which blocks education and deepening of wrinkles. Also its formula is so unique that nourishes and restores skin.

Here without these basic means I do not represent the modern care of face skin and necks.
I try new means, I import them into the mode of leaving and I watch what works and that is not present. I repeat some of them again, and others leave.
Now I make other experiment with a pharmaceutical retinoid which meanwhile I cannot recommend you, I want to deal with it up to the end.
And everything, stated above---I recommend, carelessly. Means are excellent, working!
