Conditions of holding competition "Look at the World in a New Way"

1. Term of holding Competition: from April 2, 2010 to May 2, 2010 inclusive.

2. Territory of holding Competition: Russian Federation.

3. The citizens of the Russian Federation who reached eighteen-year age and constantly living in the territory of the Russian Federation can participate in the Competition.

4. The employees and representatives of the Organizer of the Competition affiliated with it persons, members of their families and also employees of other legal entities involved in the organization of holding the Competition are not allowed to participation in the Competition.

5. To become the Participant of the Competition, it is necessary during the period from April 2, 2010 to May 2, 2010 (inclusive), to make the following actions:

• To come on the Internet the website wowcharm.us and to study rules of holding a competition.
• To be registered in the Forum wowcharm if are not registered yet.
• To independently place the amusing story or the story in specially open subject of the Forum, existence of a photo – is welcomed!

6. The following Participants are not allowed to participation in the Competition:

• Which stories contain the obscene or offensive statements of any character, that is the text, visual, sound information breaking the standard standards of humanity and morals by the use of offensive words, comparisons, images concerning race, nationality, a profession, social category, age group, a floor, language, religious, philosophical, political and other beliefs of natural persons;
• which discredit the objects of art making national or world cultural property;
• which discredit the state symbols (flags, the coats of arms, anthems), national currency of the Russian Federation or other state, religious symbols;
• which discredit any natural or legal entity, any activity, a profession, goods.

7. Prize fund of the Competition consists of 3 (three) cameras, the Sony Cyber Shot DSC-S2000 brand (further - the Prize) worth 3988.40 rubles.

8. Selection of Winners of the Competition is made by means of the special jury consisting of administration of the website wowcharm and representatives the Johnson & Johnson company.

9. One Participant can win only one Prize (1 camera, the Sony Cyber Shot DSC-S2000 brands). The money equivalent of a prize is not given.

10. Prizes on the territory of other states (except the Russian Federation) are not sent.

11. Winners will be declared on the website wowcharm on May 5, 2010.

12. Priza are sent to their owners by mailings on the postal addresses specified by winners. For obtaining the mailing the Participant who became the owner Priza needs to have at himself identity documents.

13. Organizers of a competition do not bear responsibility for loss or a delay of mailings because of the organization of a mail service or the third parties. Organizers do not bear risk of accidental death or damage of Prizes from the moment of their transfer of a mail service to the organization.

14. Prizes which within the Competition were sent to Participants and are returned by the become owners of Prizes to Organizers because of absence of addressees, or non-claimings of Prizes by them, repeatedly do not go.
