Cosmetic factory in kitchen. We prepare cream! Part 1

Now shelves of specialized shops and drugstores burst with abundance of the jars, tubes, boxes filled with medicines with the most various properties., It seems, there is nothing more simply to gather the whole package of colourfully issued small bottles, to place houses in the bathroom and to think that fight for beautiful skin is won.

However who knows that he actually is behind stylish packing and mass advertizing? Qualitative components? Or cheap oil derivatives which can do harm to beauty and health? It is possible to study carefully composition of creams, to contact the producer to specify any details and, at last, as a trial and error method to choose to itself suitable quality safe products. And as natural raw materials are much more expensive synthetic and consequently, and ready quality substance will be rather expensive that will make its acquisition during crisis problematic.

But there is also cheaper way to catch quality cosmetics – to prepare her in the kitchen! All ingredients can be bought in drugstores and grocery stores. Yes, it is possible, someone will tell that it is difficult and it's not worth the trouble, but with own hand prepared cream will be 100% natural and the sum spent for its creation will be much less than that which is requested by leaders of the cosmetic industry.

Industrial approach

All "factory" cream consist of two main parts – a fatty phase and water. But it is impossible to achieve their mixture: being in one vessel, are divided into two parts the border between them is distinct is visible. To achieve uniform consistence so-called intermediaries - emulsifiers are used.

From what part fatty or water the appearance of cream and its property depends more:

1. Oil in water (O/W) supplies with moisture skin and is well absorbed therefore such emulsion is recommended for day and night creams.

2. Water in oil (W/O) is suitable for preparation of creams for dry skin and dehydrated.

Council! If, after long storage, two parts of cream were again divided, it does not mean that cream deteriorated. Just stir up and once again mix. Cream has to return the former consistence.

Types of creams

1. The moisturizing cream promotes elasticity of skin, creating on it a protective film; increases moisture level in skin, visually smoothing wrinkles. Thanks to the softening action the humidifier stimulates blood circulation that accelerates process of rejuvenation of cages.

Approximate structure: liquid emulsion creams represent rather thin emulsion of fatty substances (lanolin, the spermatset, vegetable oil) in water. Also stearin, beeswax and various biologically active agents, first of all vitamins, extracts of officinal herbs are their part.

2. Nutritious cream well influences as the normal and dry shelled skin, and oily skin. The quality fats which are a part interfere with penetration of microbes and protect from other irritating factors of the external environment.

Approximate structure: the creams containing animal and vegetable fats (spermatst, lanolin, wax, etc.), are closer on structure to physiological secretion of skin therefore they are better had, than the creams containing mineral substances (vaseline, paraffin).

3. Protective creams are applied in the afternoon for the purpose of protection of skin from irritant action of hot or cold air, a biting wind, sunshine. They possess at a certain content of oxide of zinc (more than 10%) also protivozudny and anti-inflammatory action, protect skin from solar radiation.

Approximate structure: As protective creams zinc creams, i.e. fatty bases with impurity of a certain percent (from 2 to 10% and more) oxide or stearate of zinc are often applied.

Cream in 5 minutes or creamy masks

These recipes will allow you not only to save money, but also to considerably improve a condition of skin. But such masks creams can be stored in the refrigerator, unfortunately, only 2 days.

1. 1 tablespoon of a sage to fill in 1/2 glasses of boiled water, to allow to infuse during 3 h 2 tablespoons of margarine to kindle, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of glycerin, 2 egg yolks, 2 teaspoons of camphor alcohol and 4 tablespoons of infusion of a sage. It is good to mix. To apply cream to skin, dry, inclined to inflammation.

2. To take on the 2nd tablespoons of the mashed berries of currant, a wild strawberry, mountain ash, fruits of a quince, melon pulp. To add 2 tablespoons of melted bone fat, 2 egg yolks, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Pounding, to instil 1 teaspoon of camphor alcohol. Cream is intended for care of oily skin.

3. To squeeze out juice of 2 lemons, to crush and fill in a dried peel with 1 glass of boiled water. To allow to infuse within 1 hour, to filter. To connect 4 tablespoons of margarine to 3 tablespoons of nut oil, 1 yolk and 1 teaspoon of honey. It is good to pound. After that to pour in lemon juice, 10 drops of oil solution of vitamin A, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Mixing, to gradually instil infusion of a lemon dried peel and 1 tablespoon of camphor alcohol. To mix. Cream is intended for any skin.

4. To shake up 1 yolk about 1/4 glasses of dense heavy cream. Then to add 1 teaspoon of honey. Cream perfectly nourishes and softens skin.

5. To take 2 tablespoons of almonds, to husk with them. To crush almonds by means of the mixer. To mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 egg yolks and a pinch of salt. To pound carefully. Cream perfectly feeds, cleans and bleaches skin. It is possible to use for normal face skin.

6. To take 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of gruel from mountain ash fruits. To connect all ingredients in a bowl and to pound to a uniform state. Cream is intended for food dry and normal skin.

7. Take 2 tablespoons of the crushed camomile flowers, 1/3 glasses of sea-buckthorn oil. Mix sea-buckthorn oil with a camomile, boil on fire. Let's infuse within 15 minutes. Carefully mix. Do not filter! Apply cream on nails and leave for 3 hours then remove the remains of means with a wadded tampon.

8. For preparation of camomile cream take 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoons of flowers of a camomile, 1 tablespoon of juice of an aloe. To put cream in separate ware and to add to it flowers of a camomile and juice of an aloe. To mix carefully to a uniform state. To apply cream on nails and to leave for 3 hours then the remains of means to remove with a wadded tampon.

9. 1 tablespoon of carrot juice to warm up and mix with previously shaken up 2 egg yolks. To add 2 spoons of olive oil and to shake up the mixer. Cream is suitable for normal skin.

10. To take 1 tablespoon of butter, to add to it 1 teaspoon of vodka and 10 drops of lemon juice. It is good to mix. To apply to fat, with enlarged pores of skin.

Cream storage

At the room temperature cream is stored 2-3 days. Within 6-8 days it can be stored in the refrigerator.
