Michael Kors, Spring 08

Dick Page used a bright color palette to add juicy tone in the spring Michael Kors collection. Duplicating an image of "delicious fruit cocktail", it gave to models "happy, healthy, sexual" the person who was focused on "layered, color" eyes.



To achieve healthy, bronze shine of skin, Page put on a face dense foundation on one tone more darkly than natural skin color. Then used the bronzing powder to emphasize cheekbones, and applied dark brown blush slightly below them for creation of depth of suntanned skin.
For a make-up of eyes Page used multilayered color option, putting shadows from the line of growth of eyelashes to the most nadbrovny arch. At first the century zapylit gold shades the lower part of eyebrows and an internal corner. Then mixed orange shadows in a fold then on all area of a century applied pink powder. The final stage – a purple pencil along the line of growth of eyelashes and two layers of black ink.

Lips were only addition to strong and courageous eyes. Peydzh applied with palets pale pink gloss on lips of models, creating a "damp" fresh image.

Valentino, spring 08

"Smart young ladies with sense of humour" so the makeup artist Pat McGrath connected a palette of pink and purple shades on fresh opaque skin to emphasize youth of models became inspiration for the spring Valentino collection, the last before his resignation.



To achieve smooth, equal skin, McGrath used opaque foundation, and then pollinated cheekbones of models friable blush for fresh, natural shine.

McGrath relied on the vibrating purple eyelids, putting purple shadows from the line of growth of eyelashes and practically to eyebrows. Then it used a damp brush to apply flickering powder over shadows for deepening of a shade. Two layers of black ink became the last step.

To emphasize seductive sponges, McGrath used the gloss of color of a fuchsia caused by means of a brush for perfect result.

Temperley, spring 08

The makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury wanted to reach "a glamourous image of the 30th years for this reason for the Temperley models she used bright orange opaque lipstick in combination with what she called "hot, sexual skin". Force of color - one of the most fashion trends of the come spring - resists to almost clean nude person.



For equal, beautiful skin Tilburi put foundation and a zamatiroval on all face powder for reserved shine. The faultless, equal complexion is created in order that to draw with nothing attention.

To receive fantastic damp shine, Tilburi used usual products in the unusual way: she applied light gloss of MAC on an eyelid. Then twirled eyelashes and put two layers of volume ink.

The key element of an image – opaque orange lips – was created by mixing of cream blush of color of a fuchsia with opaque orange lipstick. Tilburi at first leveled lips an orange pencil, and then by means of a brush applied cream blush. The layer of orange lipstick became the final stage.

Peter Som, spring 08

The makeup artist Gucci Westman created a traditional image with light touch of rigidity to emphasize a collection of Peter Som clothes which was simulated after "university girls" of the 1830th. Westman derived inspiration from Kate Moss and Patti Smith – a little uncombed and hooligan image.



Vestman left a make-up of eyes kind of incomplete, smearing bright iridescent shadows on all surface of a century, and then inaccurately leading round eyes the black liner. Loading eyelashes with ink, it created komkovaty, negligent effect.

To cause some resonance to gray, silvery, blue shades of clothes, Vestman opposed them modern pink lips which were a little beaten out from the general image. She used an opaque pink shade which looked very cold on skin of models.

For completeness of an image, Vestman emphasized apples of cheeks with pale pink blush.

John Galliano, spring 08

One of images of the spring Galliano collection was inspired by Coney Island of the 20th, and Pat McGrath reflected it in pastel tones, long doll eyelashes and bright pink cheeks.



For creation of porcelain skin McGrath used maslopoglashchayushchy powder to eliminate shine. Then it applied bright pink blush on apples of cheeks that was big contrast.

McGrath for this image wanted to achieve drama, almost clownish eyes. She put with a finger blue cream shadows around each eye. Then on the central part of the lower and upper eyelashes slightly cut false eyelashes were pasted.

For end of an image McGrath used opaque pink lipstick which she covered with gloss that promoted "free shine".
