This children's poem by Alexey Pleshcheev, probably, best of all describes a condition of our skin in the fall. Physiological processes change a little at this time: some accelerate, some slow down. Solar influence decreases, the organism immediately reacts to it, as a result the increased drowsiness, and need in the friend, "not summer" can be observed in the fall, care of skin becomes obvious.

Owners of chronic diseases of skin know that there is in the fall an aggravation of many of them as the metabolism in skin is broken because of the changed weather conditions and hormonal seasonal fluctuations. NMF (natural moisturing factor) is the natural moistening factor or its components. This complex in natural state in skin of the person works as the natural absorber of water (from the outside of and from inside layers of skin) by the principle of balance. 17 free amino acids, hyaluronic acid, urea, lactic acid, urokainovy acid, glyukozaminoglikana, collagen derivatives, sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphates and other connections belong to natural components of this complex. Each component in itself bears also additional functions, for example, urokainovy acid is a factor of protection of skin against UV-radiation.

It is not possible to recreate this natural NMF completely, but, as a rule, if on the label it is specified that as a part of cream NMF contains, it means hyaluronic acid content in combination with some other components (often – amino acids, is more rare – urea and collagen).

For information: free amino acids some of which can be met as a part of creams or dietary supplements to food, it is a lysine, arginin, treonin, proline, cysteine, methionine, an isoleucine, phenylalanine, triptovan glutamic acid, asparaginovy acid, kartinin, a histidine, glycine, serin alanin, valin, a leucine, tirozin.

Q10 coenzyme, or ubikhinon. The name of substance came from the word "ubikhitos" that means "ubiquitous". It precisely characterizes a manner of behavior of an ubikhinon in an organism, Q10 is the major factor of energy which is present at each cage of an organism where he participates in the major power forming chemical reactions. It is the powerful antioxidant stopping aging processes. Its effect is very strong at intake (in the dosage appointed by the doctor), but its application in cosmetology contains not one decade. The action mechanism in skin is rather simple – it stimulates in the physiological (natural) way all reactions proceeding in skin: supply of cages with nutrients and their assimilation with a cage, effect of vitamins on a cage, synthesis of own collagen. Besides, the coenzyme has an impact on local immunity of skin, increasing resistance to external influences.

Extremely useful components of ideal "autumn" cream – the thermal water strengthening and supporting all structures of skin; vitamin cocktail; the plant extracts containing natural complexes of antioxidants and humidifiers; collagen (sea or vegetable); phytohormones (for mature skin); protective complexes on the basis of natural minerals for protection against external influences.

Important note: the composition of cream should not be oversaturated, the multicomponent saturated structure is not always necessary, daily cream has to have "a priority vector": in morning cream – moistening and protective, in evening – nutritious, for a mask – restoring, for serum – strengthening.
