And so – several times. Carried out exercise while washed the dishes or prepared something. You stand, you perform housework and you breathe.

Then I began to strain and relax muscles of buttocks and hips serially. Began with 20 times, gradually brought to 100. When got used, began to strain serially muscles of a hip of one leg, then another. Generally, grew as the athlete.

The husband laughed as he to me does not bother to consider. Got off, however, often. Began to consider anew.
At first forgot about exercises, and then it was involved.

And in a month it turned out that trousers from me fall down though food remained to the same (then I still nursed).

Since then I do breathing exercise and tension of muscles of hips and buttocks constantly when I iron clothes (I at this time also I listen to the audiobook), I wash the dishes or I cook food (only standing, sitting I cannot prepare). In fact, these exercises can be done and sitting, but so not especially it is pleasant to me therefore I only standing – it is so more convenient, in my opinion. Sometimes I combine exercises with walking (if somewhere far I go), too it is good.
It turns out, three-four times a day practise. Though sometimes happens less – all time or two.

Of course, all this does not replace a campaign in a fitness studio or a full-fledged set of exercises in house conditions, but tightens muscles well and keeps them in a tone. And still it helped me to pass from chest breath to belly that in general is useful for health.
