Earlier I used eyeliners in bottles with a brush, but lately passed to so-called felt-tip pens. Master Precise from Maybelline really very convenient eyeliner. In a brush a thin tip that allows to finish an arrow accurately. On one photo lines which I put with strong, average and easy pressing are shown. On the second photo - the same lines in a second after drawing I rubbed a finger - were practically not smeared. And in one more second the eyeliner on a hand dried. It is washed away by plain water and does not pinch an eye. Means is worthy, I recommend.
